When we decided to sell, we sold the land for $125k and our neighbor was fit to be tied. 😊 But see, the harrassment started with scaring my rabbits while we were gone, to where they would injure themselves, noise harrassment, and they even knocked some antique tables out of the loft of our garage and broke them. There are some pretty slimey people out there!

The noise campaigns, vandalism of my property, stalking me from the time I leave my home to the moment I return in which they are conveniently always sitting outside. The guy running looked like a Caucasian in his teens with thick calve muscles. Finger print the creepy cards, nails, mail box....I mean basic detective work could solve this and put her at ease. Do they want to spend the money to slove this? If the person was an officer or mayor or city councilmen would they be on the case? All cases should be treated with the upmost importance because you never know what other crimes may be uncovered. Smh! Whomever is doing this seems unhinged. It could escalate and if something happens to her the city would be responsible because they did not take action.

I got back from Iraq and about two months later I was receiving odd letters in the mail, paint bombs thrown at my house, small cameras pointed at my house which were camouflaged. As for the letters I had the police pull DNA and fingerprints and located the person's that were vandalizing my property.
