I never knew Watershed is a South African band. So soo beautiful. I love the song the more. I can't believe they didn't make the charts in other parts of the world.
I think one of the reasons why this song is so magical is because of the tender voice of the singer. From the first time on when I first heard the song I got the impression that the singer is madly in love with a certain woman. And he doesn't want that someone or something does a harm to her. Like a baby he wants to protect her. That is what I feel when I hear that he pronounces each word so tenderly. I get the impression that to whoever this song is adressed that its genuine feelings of love behind the singing sung to a real existing woman although the lyrics suggest that the woman in this song exists only in his dreams. Whatever the song means I'm so glad that it exists and I love it very much. A song that captures the essence of love.
It's one of those songs that belongs to exactly one lady in your life. In my case I wasn't enough for her. This song still belongs to her in my heart....
