Nice job. Thank you for the video. Fwiw you can fry the magnetron by running it with nothing in there, but it was only 5 seconds.

Just had to replace mine on a 10 year old model. Same parts layout inside. The front panel on yours is of course updated with the spinny knob and different buttons. Otherwise same machine basically. 1250w variable power. Got my magnetron from a Company called ENCOMPASS out of Ohio. Prices have gone up, but at least you can still get them.

Yeah but don't you have to go through an authorized service center that will charge you just as much for labor as the magnetron off eBay? Even if you are doing it yourself?
