  • SEE THE STEEL BOW IN ACTION
    While the fitness principles are the same as the Bow Classic®, the smaller size of the Steel-Bow allows you to target specific muscle groups, much like you would with a Dumbbell, allowing faster, more precise results. The Steel-Bow allows for more routines to be performed, especially those involving Iso-Motion®, where you move through your natural range of motion while exercising your muscles.

    My honest personal experience as a long time user (started at 13, I'm 42 now): After 29 years of usage, my Bullworker x5 is still perfectly functional and I use it regularly. Having two cables, it allows a huge range of exercises.
    The Steel Bow, which I got some 7-8 years ago, was "noisy" right from the start. I had to use some oil from time to time to take away the noise of the joints. That was a first disappointment.
    But the deal breaker was that even though I used it far less than the X5 (and far less intensely), the plastic connecting the steel and the handles just broke after 4-5 years... it's definitely lower quality that the original and thus I keep firmly my old Bullworker X5... I'm not buying this again.

      Bummer to hear this and defects do happen. The current models are of the highest quality we have experienced. We stand behind our warranties, did you reach out? We have Steel Bows with millions of compressions on them from 10+ years ago and still look and function like new.

    • @robertcheaib

      @@Bullworker thanks you for your reaction. Hadn't thought about using the warranty because I thought that is a regular 2 years warranty. Furthermore, I am based in France and had bought it from your eBay shop with shipping from the US ... so I thought it would be cumbersome to even try. Greetings!

    I once owned the bull worker back in the 70's. I am only 5'5" and my arm span is not very wide so the original bullworker was actually hard to use. My hands were not comfortable reaching out so far and thus doing the pushing in for the chest did not feel right and thus I never used it much. For this reason, do you recommend the small one you are using here? Or are there any other in-between sizes of this item and knowing my height what would you recommend. Thank you

    • @Bullworker
      @Bullworker  8 месяцев назад

      Great question. Yes, the Steel Bow is a fabulous tool and its compact size makes it favorable for shorter arms.

    This product came up in a google search for isometric equipment. I know it’s designed for a mix of iso and more conventional dynamic exercises but I’m solely interested in the isometrics (for joint protection/strengthening/rehab) for now. What’s the range of iso exercises with this? Is it possible to get a full body exclusively-isometric workout on this?

    Thanks for the video. I have an old x5 and whilst I like it for many exercises I find it difficult to compress very far in some of the exercises like the chest. I wonder how the compression compares on the weakest spring of the steel bow compared to the x5?

      I got my bull worker 2 years ago and in 1 month got me way more toned than bands ever did nothing beats a worker at home as far as toning for workout equipment that's also portable nothing comes close to those

      Sorry to hear that, we hope you are healing or have healed well.
      We always recommend starting light and using proper form, not confusing resistance with results. Isometric holds only need to be performed at 60% - 80%.
      It is resistance training so things can happen. Keep joints in natural alignment and ensure you keep your elbows up during chest compressions. Listen to your body and do not force something. Some exercises are not meant for everyone.
