I started collecting again 2year ago use to when I was young never carry any knife 🔪 but love to collect and take care of especially manix2 it's my wee baby Spyderco make amazing quality knives so they can be expensive 🫰. You know my opinions on the manix 2. I'll reiterate that the downward angle it cuts at is fantastic and the best thing it has going for it. Let's you follow through a slice however far. As for lightweight vs g10, you're talking blade heavy vs handle heavy. Blade heavy (the lightweights) is easier to control through materials. Handle heavy (the g10) is more comfortable for longer periods. I'm personally team g10 but mostly for the feel, quality and action. Not all lightweight spyderco's include a second washer. I carry two knives almost every day, more because I love them. The ad20 whaleshark stays on me even at home. The native 5, combat troodon and a wilmont persian fighter compete for the other pocket.

I got a Manix 2 and then ordered 5 more while I was waiting for the Manix to show up. Now I just ordered a Para3 LW because 6 is 5 and 5 is 4 and 4 isn’t enough apparently. lol
Yup, fell down the Spydie hole in 2020. 160 Spyderco’s later I’m starting to sell some of my “doubles”. It’s a serious addiction and expensive one at that. BOLO for that!! 😅
@@Ryan.S924 Can’t stand Benchmade. I’ll probably be waiting a while to sell anything. But once I do I’ll most likely put what I’m selling on eBay and Blade Binge. I’ve never even sold a knife using any technology 😅 I’m pretty much technology “retarded” as I don’t do social media and I really don’t care to learn any of it. But I will get my daughter to help me one of these days.
Seems like that other run is not for the Manix but other models. Bummer. I missed out on the Manix and I wanted that one bad. Ended up picking up the Para 3 the other day which is sitting at a lot of sites even still for some reason
i always buy two of what i like ! one to rock one to stock… some will double in value ! but will only carry one at a time
I carry a stretch 2 XL g10 cruwear, and a Native 5 LW serrated edge MagnaCut. Daily. And a sub compact 9mm.

If looking for cpm15v just get some Spyderco s90v. Just a little less edge retention and stainless.
I enjoy the Manix 2. Applied Weapons Technology scales and Flytanium Ball Cage with Ceramic Ball really up it.
