its always good to do your workout first and then do the stair master! but it also depends on your goal. but usually when wanting to lose weight or tone up you'd like to do it after!
Starting tomorrow...wish me luck....1) Wake up before 8 am, 2) Workout everyday with 1 rest day, 3) Study 8hrs , 5) journaling and meditation even for 5mins, 6) Drink 3 litres of water

Oh my god! Yes! I’ve noticed the same thing, it’s as annoying as a broccoli haircut! I’ve turned off vlogs because of it.
