i cried like 4 times in the gym this morning. The first two i just teared up listening to TD Jakes. But, later into the work out i started getting anxiety from my heart rate rising and i was only lifting on the machine. I cried, right there on the arm plulley machine, then again on the leg press, i made it through though. Today is my first day. It was spontaneous i just got up and went. I've meal prepped, cleaned my room and balanced my budget this weekend. When i go to bed, i'm going to jot down my daily tasks for the week in my planner...and just as i finished typing this, i saw your link so i'm joining!!!
I JUST found your channel. I have been wanting to “do” the 75 hard and realized quickly, that wasn’t for me! Discovered 75 soft, a feel it’s more durable than the other. I’m going to BE this challenge because I need to BE consistency, BE healthy and BE proud of me. I know it’s going to be a healthy challenge. I’m starting on 27th of November. I love that you put in 30 minutes with God…because HE’S the ONLY one that going to get me through this. 💜
I’m so glad I seen this video. I just started the hard version today and have been anxious about if I’ll be able to do. But I will be switching to the soft version. That is much more realistic for life with 3 children and working full time. Also your reason for starting is exactly why I started. Being depressed for almost a year and just feeling useless and helpless. Thank you for posting this!
I love this!! I was intimidated by 75 hard because I have a new baby and me spending an hour and a half working out a day is just not a realistic goal. This is the first I’m hearing of the “75 soft” and GIRL I’m glad! I honestly will have to break the 45 mins in half probably but that’s way more obtainable for me!
