Hey Jackie, Great video👍. How do you go about convincing sellers at the appointment that you'll get them the amount on their home that also covers the commission and how does an agent make that happen if property won't sell for listed price?
Your absolutely right all the other trainers say you have to follow up and kind of wear them down… I would rather make them ready and not follow up and set an appointment
I wrote down your scripts and objection handlers exact. I feel like I need to learn more of a closing when I actually get in the home. Getting in the property is only 50% but I did take your advise, no more previewing.
Did you ever find anything that helped you on your actual Fsbo appointments? These scripts are great for getting the appointment. But I am struggling with mastering a good marketing plan etc for not just a Fsbo appointment but any listing appointment
How do you deal with an Overpriced FSBO? I have trouble saying that i can net the seller more money when i know his price is way too high. I think Seller may feel deceived when i show him a listing presentation with a lower asking price

Very good i took a lot of notes, we can show statistics why realtors sell for more and that we hunt for buyers. but did not quite answered my question because at the end of the day what gets me the lisitng is when i say to the seller i can net him the same amount or more of what he's asking. Maybe i shouldn't be that detailed over the phone and word it different like 'I can net more money than you selling yourself' rather than 'I will get you more money than what you're asking'. Tell them one of the reasons you need to meet is so you can prepare a detailed market analysis and look at the house so together you can determine what is the highest price that it will sell for in today's market and close. "Our meeting will only take 20 minutes, would 3 o'clock work for you today or would 4 be better?
