Thank you! I have pcos, it’s hard at times, especially with the fatigue. But I’m working on doing my best to overcome it. By eating right and being healthy.
get a Ferritin iron deficiency test. Many are deficient in iron causing their exhaustion. The regular test for iron deficiency are not accurate. Need to take a Ferritin iron test and other advance test. look up "Non anemic iron deficiency" and "ferritin iron test"
I feel stuck; I have oral allergy syndrome & pcos and I can’t eat anything but meat carbs and bread. I keep gaining and feeling dead inside but if i even smell like a carrot my lungs close up. I’m anaphylactic to almost everything even antibiotics. And no one has an answer for me on what to do. I just wonder sometimes if this is just my story and how my body is meant to be or something
@@bnkn8431 10 months and still waiting to find out? Have your PCOS symptoms improved at all? How about blood tests? Improvements? (I'm not judging, I'm just interested in how effective this plan is)
But I didn't get a period in 9 months and I know I can go even longer and I'm not even 25 yet. How many chances of getting pregnant do I realistically have?
All I did was make %50-75 of my meals vegetables, the remainder of the meal I make complex carbs (wild rice or brown rice, spelt or buckwheat pasta, no standard wheat products) and protein. Plant protein sources or meat are fine but alternate between them as too much meat is not great as she said in the video. Cruciferous vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, etc) have a compound in them that specifically balances adrogens and other hormones, as well as cherries, berries amd root vegetables like sweet potato, carrot, and various Ayurvedic roots vegetables from India.
Strength training doesn't need to be intense. It's mainly what I do be abuse cardio triggers inflammation and cortisol for me. Strength training has reduced my overall pain and inflammation so much. But if I push too hard and go too heavy, yes, it will spike cortisol and inflammation.
I’ve heard Too much high intensity training may cause cortisol levels to rise (stress hormone to increase) so it’s not the most optimal form of exercise with pcos.

Is chicken considered meat?
Thank you Lord for using DR RORPOPOR HERBAL on RUclips to heal me from 8 years PCOS🏝
Not true about strength training. It can worsen inflammation. Do light exercise

Eat more protein in the form of meat. Not less. American diets are way too high in sugar and processed foods.
Totally agree!!
Is hiit okay?
