  • This is a simple but very flavorful Mexican styled meal. It can easily be made dairy or dairy free. It’s tasty both ways.
It freezes beautifully so make a double batch & freeze one.
    Ingredients-
    1 1/2 lbs ground beef
    1/4 c taco seasoning
    1 T minced garlic
    1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
    1 T chili powder
10 6 inch corn tortillas - dipped in salsa
    16 oz Green Tomatillo salsa
    1 c sliced green onion
16 oz Greek yogurt OR 16 oz sour cream
    1 ½ c shredded cheese

Love the tip on roasting the garlic!
The labels on the El Cabo Verde were positioned right for the audience to easily read 👍

This is my first viewing of your video, and although the finished product looks fine, it doesn’t help much, since you didn’t show it being (served). That is the most impressive part about the recipe, and the deciding factor as to whether it is worth the effort to prepare. I also was taken back by your leaving the fat content of the meat in the recipe, because that is not only (gross), but unhealthy as heck. (that is simply artery clogging material). You tend to talk a little too much about unnecessary things that are common sense to most people, and you use your hands in a manner that is (slightly) unpleasant, (meaning), that you have a tendency to clean off your hands into the food . Doing this in (private) is one thing, but doing it on a video is another. In closing, try to remember, that not everyone can afford (quality) products, and may be intimidated, by your repetitive insistence upon using quality products in order for the recipe to be a success. That was a thorn in my side, when you kept putting emphasis on it, because recipes have been made to taste fantastic even without quality ingredients. A true cook, knows , that it is not only the quality of the ingredients, that determines how good it will taste, but the (skill) as well as the knowledge of the person preparing the dish itself. This of course, is strictly my opinion and observation of your video.

How rude and arrogant of you. As far as draining the meat I believe she said to drain or not is your preference. Quality ingredients make total sense, as in buy the best you are able. If you don’t have anything nice to say keep it to yourself or better yet start your own channel and let’s see how it goes for you.

If you see something you don't like, keep scrolling instead of trying to make people feel like shit, you have no right whatsoever to insult someone. Everything you complained about was obviously not bad enough for you to not watch video to end!!!!!

@@jenniferhelms3553 The same thing applies to (you) since I obviously wasn’t (talking) to either of you. The fact that you don’t like my opinion is moot, because if the producer of this vide can’t take corrective criticism, then they (shouldn’t) post. But, the last time I checked, neither of the TWO OF YOU WERE PLACED IN THE POSITION OF INTERNET POLICE, so get the hell over yourselves!!!

@@davidadausuel4537 Sounds like you are the one with a chip on your shoulder. I actually feel sorry for you. Try adding a little humility and kindness to your interactions with others. Works like quality spices and products....meaning it will make tremendous improvements. Blessings.
