I believe Phigros gets S tier because all songs there are literally free than other games which is an advantage to the rhythm gamers play this game all free!
There's more to Rizline than just the name, which I think may have been the biggest influence on your ranking... Judging by "rizz", the gameplay is good too. You don't have to be the one person turning their phone sideways in public and feel awkward. Also the color scheme is an appealing pastel. Now you can show off how rich you are like with Cytus (sorta) by spending coins to get collectibles to make "Rizcards" (which I hope get better uses in the future). Just hope the girl you're trying to impress isn't hardcore, because she might not like Rizline's mechanics.
As an old osu!catch 3 digits player : i guess it would be C-Tier because the game look not great and for a lot of rythm game lovers, this is not a rythm game. HOWEVER, it's a game when you catch fruits, so you considered being healthy and taking care of you, so i guess it's b tier. :D
Ctb does kinda feel more of an "anticipate the beat" rather than "follow the beat" kind of game, so I kinda see how some people don't consider it as a "rhythm game".

look more into the classic charter side of the adofai community, especially creators like CyanAqua, Plant Guy and TeoC, and you can find a lot of unique gimmicks and great art

To my opinion Phigros is one of the best rhythm game, well I won't explain why because it's going to be long and actually ppl who playing the game long enough, at least until they clear the game to CH8, they already know what i gonna say, personally i would put Phigros in the S tier without any doubt, alongside with Arcaea. Also i love Genshin and all but that RG minigame is honestly mid af, first it's just a 1:1 copy of existing RG, but that's okay, the real thing is it's too easy, i can even do it with one finger and blindfolded, recently they added higher difficulty but even so, still too easy, it's just quite boring
If anyones thinking about getting PJD- the Megamix on the switch is absolutely dog dookie (song selection is AWFUL + graphics are crunchy), get it on PS or PC!! It will be a much more enjoyable experience
