When you use cadmapper you can download files for free of any city, SketchUp models or just plain cad files with mapacad it only has a limited amount of cities and you have to pay for them and there are only a few 3D, so cadmapper is better in my opinion.

Is cadmapper is not free in Pakistan?
Our country India is not is not showing in urban observatory.
How to download maps from urban observatory?
You would have to zoom in and take a screenshot, you could trace it on illustrator aswell.
