HOME TOUR: Inside a 20K renovation HDB resale home

This is how we renovated our 4-room resale flat.
Managed to keep our cost low as we decided to retain a large part of the house as it is from the previous owner. We didn’t do any hacking works as we plan to move out after 5 years if possible.
