Hi doctor V, I am a beautian and a woman of colour. The home dermallor is 0.2 ml or 0.3 ml to use safe at home. The needles are shorter and safer for users at home and you don`t have to numb your skin. Especially the needles from 1.0 ml and above are to be use in the salon by a trained esthician, not for use at home. So for people to use at home i would advice the 0.2 ml or 0.3 ml and not from 1.0 ml and above, because they are not trained to do it.

Yes you can use it on the scalp! And if you pair it with ingredients or extracts that induce the anagen phase it will help with hair growth. If it stimulates hair growth by itself I’m not sure of, but perhaps it does.

Am I okay to use my The Ordinary Niacinimide10% Zinc 1% followed by The Ordinary Natural Moisturising Factors +HA for moisturisation. Or as an alternative The Drunk Elephant peptide cream you mentioned. And finally I am NOT to use my Grenactive Retinoid Sqaulane after rolling?
