For years, I've relied on RUclipsrs to recommend products (mostly sponsored) for me to try. I never understood how they can recommend a product after a week of use. PoC have NOTHING for us in regards to skincare, and so many of us have been struggling for many years. This is the light at the end of the tunnel.
I love how you break everything down. What my family has used for years is vitamin E for children with scars and just a little spot treatment of cocoa butter, it does great with bringing the actual color of the skin w/o irritating. I still use Vitamin E for healing scars on myself and works like a charm.
The hyperpigmentation products work on all the skin, correct? So if you have dark patches you want to treat, how do you stop the rest of your normal skin from getting too light? Is there a reason why the tyrosinase inhibitors will only work on the overworking cells?

I’m using concealer since I’m 18 years old, because I couldn’t stand people looking at me and asking if I’m sick. Now I’m 40+ and on some days it’s not so bad but mostly it is. Hii! I have been commenting this a lot because i reallyyyyyy need this! i live in egypt and bioderma is one of the only international, not badly priced skincare company so it would make my day if you looked on it!!
I also want a review of Bioderma please. I've used it for years on recommendation from my dermatologist (a person of colour) & it feels so great on my skin. I use whichever SPF 50 I can get my hands on at the time. No zinc oxide nor titanium dioxide. I have no idea about what their ingredients mean & would love to know. Difficult to get mineral sunscreen at affordable price for me (Ireland)

I love how you break everything down. What my family has used for years is vitamin E for children with scars and just a little spot treatment of cocoa butter, it does great with bringing the actual color of the skin w/o irritating. I still use Vitamin E for healing scars on myself and works like a charm.

The hyperpigmentation products work on all the skin, correct? So if you have dark patches you want to treat, how do you stop the rest of your normal skin from getting too light? Is there a reason why the tyrosinase inhibitors will only work on the overworking cells?

OMG! I can't believe what you are saying! A dermatologist burnt my legs using laser!! The funny thing is that he was a person of color!now I can't even wear shorts or short dresses! I really appreciate you and everything you are doing for us! I don't know whether I will ever be able to fix my leg scars created by that Laser treatment.

Only one request, please review products available in India. Products like CeraVe and Cetraben which are light on pocket aren’t available in India. Products like Forest Essentials, COSRX, Innisfree and like are easily available. Dr.Sheth’s and Tvakh are claiming to have suitable formulations for Indian skin but when I see your video I feel some of them aren’t right for me. Could you please look into few of the Indian brands as well. Please please

Thank you!!! 🙏🏽 can you make a video about dark eye circles? Mine are really bad and sometimes purple. My skin around the eyes is very sensitive. I’m using concealer since I’m 18 years old, because I couldn’t stand people looking at me and asking if I’m sick. Now I’m 40+ and on some days it’s not so bad but mostly it is. Wearing mask kind of dries the skin more and the concealer looks terrible dry. So everything about this would help. Thank you so much. 🙏🏽🙏🏽

We also have Bioderma in South Africa and they have a range specially for pigmentation, I wonder if they are worth it?
I also want a review of Bioderma please. I've used it for years on recommendation from my dermatologist (a person of colour) & it feels so great on my skin. I use whichever SPF 50 I can get my hands on at the time. No zinc oxide nor titanium dioxide. I have no idea about what their ingredients mean & would love to know. Difficult to get mineral sunscreen at affordable price for me (Ireland)
