  • Enjoy this power & protein packed paratha with a gorgeous green color. The creaminess of the avocado keeps the paratha/chapati soft and gives them that wonderful buttery texture and flavor. These are great for journeys and to make-ahead and save for later.

    These look so yummy and easy! I can't wait to try them! I think a Mexican tortilla press would make flattening the paratha even easier, but of course that would be cross-cultural. Don't know how you feel about that. :-)
    I can't believe the comments complaining about using your hand to mix the ingredients. Come on, people, you need to use your hand to mix almost any kind of dough; you have to feel the texture to assess when it's ready. Grow up!

      MegaSeeker , people have to remember that even in the Western culture many years ago there were no bread machines. Mothers would mix the dough with their hands. 🙏

    • @makhtar6769
      @makhtar6769 9 лет назад

      paratha flour or chappati flour is just wheat flour, most of us used medium wheat flour but you can use white or brown even whole grain but remember the more the grains are in the tougher the dough is.
