I'm a doctor, and Dr. Sinclair has changed my life and the way I perceive medicine and treat my patients today. Haters are going to hate, and when you have haters, it means you are onto something. And yes, he is also trying to make money from his years of research and countless hours spent in the lab to reach this point. Why not? I spent over 10 years in school to make good money as a doctor too. There's nothing wrong with that. People won’t value your work if you provided it for free. How many of you would spend 20-30 years in school and in the lab to discover something, only to provide all that knowledge for free to the public? NONE. How many of you would work for 20-30 years for free? I don't think any of you would even work for a single minute for free. So please shut the…
Thank you Dr. Sinclair. People might not understand what you have done, but they will eventually understand and appreciate your work in a few years.

There are many newcomers posting who do not understand why so many of us are disappointed with Dr. Sinclair’s position on NMN as a supplement vs pharmaceutical. It is not that he could get rich if NMN is truly banned as a supplement, but that clinical trials would become necessary for FDA approval and this would take years. Meanwhile, we would not be able to get it. It would also probably cost many times more, once approved. It’s approval would be tied to a particular disease tested in the trials, so a doctor would have to be convinced to prescribe it for longevity. It is not good. I greatly admire Dr. Sinclair and think I understand why he is doing this. (It is difficult to find donors to support the many clinical trials he envisions if NMN is a widely available, relatively cheap supplement.) I would be delighted if society rewards him with fame, glory and wealth, but not at the expense of the well being of millions he has already brought on board. I expect he is grappling with all of this as we speak and that is why it is still available.

Curious about knee or other joint injuries; can this protocol help naturally heal these? I don't want knee surgery, but I have a left knee that has suffered by sports antics for decads; skiiing accidents, roller skating, track/field, etc. I know there are stem cell protocols, but they are terribly expensive. What is the outlook of this protocol for regenerating the joints? By the way, I have had some success with ozone injections. Just not quite getting back to 100%.

I am rather sceptical. The new technologies will ensure that we get older. Whether we will stay healthier longer is another question. So far, things have tended to go in the opposite direction, i.e. people are getting older but are also sick longer.A hundred years ago, people died very quickly of pneumonia or infection. Today, they die of very long-lasting illnesses.

If they can continue to eat and drink what they want and get a pill to reverse the damage than maybe things will change, but why would you want to give people a pill and let them continue the same lifestyle.
