    2:39 I like this story. Something similar happened to me. Since elementary school I believed I wasn’t smart. I was 20 y.o. when I moved out of my mother’s house mom’s and I grabbed all of my report cards (I was taking things I knew she would eventually throw away). Fast forward to my early 30s (during quarantine) I opened them and saw I was actually a really good student. That belief came from the people around me. People were impressing their worldview onto me.
    What I did have was a learning deficit and I went back and filled all of the gaps in my learning (sometimes through tears). I graduate this year with a PhD in Chemistry.

    Love that you are talking about self-healing before self-development can be effective. When we are able to see the stories that are limiting us and choose to let them go, we open up so much space for new experiences and a new reality.

      He didn’t say “before” actually he said it’s “a big part”. It isn’t a linear process and people get stuck in this victimization of focusing on healing being a precursor to action. It doesn’t work that way! You heal as you take action!

    • @jay.jay.
      @jay.jay. 2 года назад +1

      @@amandarussell8185 you may not take action if you are not healed inside. Our past stories, traumas, events are ingrained in our subconscious and drive our behaviour. Until you know why you are acting in a certain way, you will not be able to act better.
      Healing is not victimization, it is a good step towards creating your best version. You shouldn't stay in it for too long though, just make sure that is one of the steps.

    As someone who struggled with quitting smoking, I can say for me, I had to get to a point where I was so disgusted with my inability to halt my addiction to nicotine (I read that stupid book, I patched, pulled, and vaped for years) (I quit for months at a time on and off for a decade)
    One day my $200 vape rig broke, I refused to buy cigarettes on my way to work. I also refused to buy another vape rig. Therefore my only choice was to finally quit for good even if it meant I felt horrible forever.
    3 months later I was almost normal.
    3 years later I can't imagine ever being addicted to nicotine again.
    Now I need to quit drinking.

At one year mark, she was smoking 0% nicotine juice in her e cig. Then a couple months later, she was completely off. I'm so proud of her and I'm proud of you for kicking the habit.

      If you wanna quit drinking, then go get some Kratom, it'll wipe out all alcohol cravings. There's also a supplement called L-Glutamine that can help suppress cravings. You can also find a doctor online that does something called the Sinclair Method, which prescribes a medicine called Naltraxone, which regulates alcohol intake to a normal level.

    So right. My dad couldn't do the modern maths version we were being taught so called me stupid at maths. I believed this and failed my GCSE maths, my teachers said I was stupid at it too. But during the holidays I joined a local maths workshop and went there with the mindset that I loved maths and was good at it, sat my exam again and passed. You become what people call you and what they say you are. I've always told my kids they are clever and they are the top students in every subject. Not only can you change your own identity you can change others too so use that power wisely.

I also believe that shifting your beliefs in your identity will shift your outcome. That's why taking stock of your thoughts, examining them, extracting lies and replacing them with truths, or with the affirmation of what you expect can be a powerful tool and creating that reality for yourself. “The actions you take confirm your identity.” Love it.

    • @Ritalie
      @Ritalie 2 года назад +4

      The book by Esther Hicks, called: "The Law of Attraction" was one of the best books I've ever read about manifestation. It explained so many principles that are key to understanding it. One of the principles is the paradoxical problem we have, where we need to accept our shitty reality before we can manifest a new reality.
      We have to be "happy" with what we have currently, because it creates an energetic match to the "better" timeline. The "ideal" version of our person, in a parallel alternative timeline, is "happy" with where they are at. So you "emulate" how you would behave if you already had the better timeline, meaning you need to have gratitude.
      This is the paradox that is the hardest part of manifesting. It's very difficult to have gratitude, before you physically see the timeline change. But as soon as you have gratitude, then "BAM" the timeline begins to shift to a better timeline.

I realized the thought holding me back was that if I want more than what I grew up with (my childhood was quite poor, like everybody else's in that area) I somehow let down my upbringing, my home, my parents (my childhood was safe and loving) and I wouldn't be loved anymore. Wow, the fear of not being loved does run deep! But just like I'll love my children no matter what I said to myself ''I am loved no matter what'' and poof - a wave of healing came flushing over me.

    Synchronicity!! - I just said YESTERDAY in a discussion "every action we make is a vote for the society we want" .. I have not read that book, but sounds great.. (the context was with regard to our overly superficial focus in society, constant objectification etc, and watching our own behaviors are not also "voting" for outer appearances to take priority over inner work) 💚

      Very good point. The timeline we are on is a reflection of our current vibe. Everything we think, feel, and do, creates an energetic "template" and that template puts us onto a corresponding matching timeline. Our "vibe" is a combination of all the things we do, on a daily basis. We must imagine the world we want to see, and then begin taking actions that we believe "match" that version of the timeline.

I believe this will work best if you can get so present as to lose your identity first, which is mostly a program anyway and has little or nothing to do with your true identity as Spirit having a human experience....so purge the programming, do presence meditation and reprogramming techniques, this is so empowering and will make these steps work best for you. Now that I understand who I truly am I know what my life purpose is and I'm living it. Namaste.

    Great content and I'm glad I stumbled onto your video, or was it divine appointment? I heard somewhere"Know thyself"; that your personality creates your personal reality. One must first change the "old man" to experience the "new man" or the 2.0 version of yourself, and the part about self-healing is a major key in my opinion. To dig out those old roots and heal replacing them with new thoughts of where and what the version of self would like to be. I look forward to hearing more from you. 😊

    I stumbled upon your channel today and I watched a few videos. I absolutely love the way you talk about these stuff and the content that you share with us. Keep on doing the great job, it’s well needed. Also I hope that one day I’ll become as articulate and captivating as you are.

    Really great stuff! Identity/self image is everything. A few years ago I became 2.0 version without removing 1.0 version so I went back to it! It's important to heal 1.0 for sure

    you seem to have a few followers, I have only watched this one video however as a child who bit my nails and had a terrible time overcoming that only as a teenager addicted to alcohol got past that in 95 then in then after 8 years got over oxycontin/ heroin each time i went through this process, the treatment that is offered and the stigma that comes with made that path unhelpful to me. could be why they have less than 1% success rate. i have never heard it explained the way you did but thats how ,i got through life and have been clean for over a decade now. with a few other tricks. i think ill being you videos thanks RAZZ

    I too disliked math, was placed in an advanced math class in middle school (only one in the class not on the "math team") then went back to college at 28yrs old and not only excelled in all math related classes but actually enjoyed it the most of all

    I completely agree that self-healing before self-development can be very effective. But how do you heal and remove those limiting beliefs?
