Aw manWe bought a "project car" that ive enjoyed tinkering with, but when it came to the alternator "going in and out," i didnt hesitate to approve the mechanic swapping it out for $450 p/l. I should have turned to youtube first! 😭Good job.

Took the my 2007 mustang to the mechanic said my alternator needs a replacement is it the same model ?
How many miles did your mustang have before it failed? Im thinking of buying a 2008 Mustang v6, 101k miles
I JUST replaced mine today for the first time and I'm at 149k
I don't remember the exact mileage, but it was less that 100k.
Mine failed at 72000 miles 2008 Mustang
I’m at 125000 miles with original alternator
@@zipper978 mine went out at 123,000miles
The alternator is around $240 for a 2008 Mustang rebuilt
