Oh please. Almost ALL of the people in these camps don't want to be in a shelter because they can't openly use fentanyl in a shelter. You can't go 100 feet without stumbling into a sober halfway house in MPLS. Resources, or a lack thereof, for the addicted and homeless is not the issue. They are 100% choosing the highly addictive drugs over warmth.

That was the first homeless person I had ever seen (that I know of) and had to ask my parents about it. When they told me he was homeless I had so many questions. I didn't see another obviously homeless person for another twelve years. This country is going downhill. And I need to get out more haha.
