Photography in public even of private property is not illegal, taking photo's of number plates is not illegal, these two have no clue what so ever, shame really, making up laws, these guys are the future of the UK
@@NeilLewis77 as it is not illegal then yes I would be happy as I have NOTHING to hide and nothing to really be scared of, now if I were at home that would be different, my home is a residence with an expectation of privacy, note expectation.
No legal expectation, if someone is stood on the public footpath and looking / photographing through your window it's difficult to get anything done to stop them. About the only possible charge is voyeurism and that requires repeated occurrences.
To be fair, the tall fellow was an absolute Gentleman. Superb people skills and handled the situation like a true professional. Aassertive throughout but always keeping his calm and polite mental balance in check...........The other guy was a COCK.
