reiterate : s.5 (4) to arrest repealed 1/1/2006
in fact there is a case now to be heard (date to be announced) on MET 7 PC's arrested on s.5 PO , person kept in cells over weekend
took to court , accused of s.5 + assault of PC
Judge asked for BWV ,, CPS stated out of 30 PC's there is 👉🏻 NO BWV , there was a PC with large video camera recording it
CPS stood up to Judge to say we offer no evidence to support the case
some PC's took the stand
Judge watched video by "social media" of arrest ,assault and the battery of prisoner putting pama spray in his mouth , a PC had thumb in his mouth to mix the spray on the ground ,, ((end up in hospital)
now the CPS state no evidence dropping the case ,, MET have got to pay £7000 costs of there own cost
then Judge quoted ""torture" was in hand with the false arrest (s.5 PO)by assault , battery ect
Judge stated 7 of the officers are now "liable" not the CC of MET
CPS argued to Judge that PC's are employee's and are not responsible,, only the CC of MET
but
defence representing himself put it to Judge they are not employees(PAYE) they are "crown servants" that hold their own office , (not PAYE )
as
Each sworn constable is an independent legal official and each police officer has personal liability for their actions or inaction
then there is
Police Act 1996 causing disaffection
(1) (b) 2 yrs imprisonment
this was put to the Judge and also on the Police Federation platform it states :-
constable is NOT employee as he is a "crown servant" = " liable for his own actions "
Judge declared the PC's are liable , case now to be heard 👌

Why is it when you are at a police station or any public sector building & you ask for information or whatever the staff at said buildings always refer the people to the website. If that's what the people have to do why have staff at these public sector buildings it's just a waste of money. In my opinion
