Leading Vikings out of Plato's cave is a worthy endeavor! I'd add that practicing what you call humility (but I'd argue give me vibes of selflessness and stoicism) is great, but it's also OK to think of yourself in games too as long as it's playful - not the frustrating and self-harmful "i suck" or "i hate this unfair game", more like "haha I need to git gud, and I will" or "welp that was unlucky, let's not do it again"
That’s what I say humility really is - selflessness! If you check the Wikipedia on the topic, you’ll find that’s often been the view of Christians for some time. And yeah. I intend to one day make a better version of this video where I explain that the self-concept can be employed just as it is useful or fun. It’s actually essential for living, despite the negative effects it can also have.
