Given how straight to the point is Dragon's Dogma 2 with the role of the Arisen, I feel like the the Dragon is actually the opposite. The Dragon gives the Arisen a newfound meaning, role and sure path towards it fated destiny. By taking the heart, in fact, the Arisen is instead imbued with purpose, don't you think?
