Hi, i tried to upscale a video using both avc and hevc codec but the audio is out of sync in both cases (the video turned out to be ok). I didn't encoded the audio because i didn't know which option is better to use. How can i solve the problem?

Pop into the discord and we can help you out. After running a job there is a log file present until the program is closed, if you are able to send that to us we can figure out the issue
Comon man.. I was waiting for this and now u fuckd up everything Why do we've to install it online why don't u make an offline installer like hybrid rather than downloading 1.4gb online regardless that the latest version is not free
@@DaGoose Bro make a compressed offline installer we dont need those online wizards If we want updates we'll download the dependencies again no problem Cause every time we uninstall it we must be online to install it again shit.. an online 1.4gb every time
@@motaraded-oo6 what made you think that you have to uninstall and reinstall each time you update? Did you not read my previous reply? The whole point of the online installer is that if you’re installing an updated version over the old version, the installer will check to see if the dependencies already exist, and if they do exist then the installer will skip the online downloads. It’s far better than downloading a 1.5GB update installer every single time.

The online installer is legally necessary because some dependencies are downloaded from external sites due to license restrictions. SVPFLow and some other tools I can’t implement in an installer due to their license restrictions with regards to distribution.
Upgraded from win7 to win10 and FrameGUI stopped working. Saw that EncodeGUI was released and installed that. However every job fails after extracting. It starts indexing and immediately fails. I tried the sample video and just set the output file, add job and start...fail. @@DaGoose there's only the .vpy file in the logs folder. Which folder is EncodeGUI writing to? I think it's a permission issue. I've had issues since upgrading to win10 even though this account is an administrator. *edit* yes it's running as administrator. Also FrameGUI won't run at all since upgrading to win10 even as administrator as well.
EncodeGUI doesn’t need admin privileges. The job status has to be marked as failed for the log file to show up. Just adding a job to the queue won’t make the log file appear. Removing the job or closing EncodeGUI will also delete those logs.

[14:14:44]: Deleting extracted preview files for job 14143826... [14:14:44]: All jobs in the queue are completed. the job stops/finish when extracting index but there's no log nor any output video nor any encoding. It stops right after starting to extract index. Thats why i think it doesnt have permission to write to a folder. I've had a game crash every time i launched it because they used a 3rd party app CrashReporter. On my windows that apps folder was read only for everyone somehow. I think the same may apply here. I did give encodegui folder full write access but still the same.

Do you have any interpolator settings that makes transitions not warp? Its nearly perfect except for that.

Not for upscaling, only for Frame Interpolation if using the CUDA backend

You need to relax. The online installer was in place so that you don’t have to download the dependencies every time you install an update

That isn’t the log file, that’s the VapourSynth script file. Please send the file called ProcessLogs-xxxxxxxx.txt so I can see what’s wrong
