@@strifeup2 maybe he’s using it to fuck with his DI. Trying to condition for DI in so he can hit back air or something. Pretty sure I saw him do it once this set but I’ll have to double check. And as someone playing against falcon you’d prolly wanna DI away to not get hit by combos, so he does forward throw and they get launched further. He May be on to something lol
@@leifpeterson4850 Falcon can only follow up from a down throw with dash attack at low percents against Fox if they DI well, and iirc only a single up air at mid percents. It's not worth going for most of the time.
Perhaps consider putting some blank video space at the end of these super quick grand finals sets to prevent spoilers. When a grand finals is 13 minutes, it is pretty apparent who the winner is going to be without watching
They do that for majors thankfully. I wish they would do that for all smash tourneys honestly. Depends on the production team I guess. But yes totally agree. It’s annoying
They used to a bit, but the problem that TOs found is that because people shut off the video after the games end, YT thinks that the video’s retention is bad so it doesn’t get recommended by the algorithm

@@Genis-Vell Xanadu and The Grind don't really compare to the major stages or even locals that Fatality plays at. The best players here are really good, but you don't ever see them place very highly in majors.
I have never really played Ultimate, but the neutral state looks semi-similar to Melee (looks absolutely nothing like the Sm4sh MU). It kind of looks like a MU where Falcon would want to microspace and out-maneuver Fox; cross him up and not shield. Unfortunately, it looks like Falcon is bad at all of those things in Ult (or it just isn't possible due to mechanics, i.e. no dash through). Fox full hop aerials go BRRRRRRRRRRRRRR.
