And Pyra wouldn’t be anywhere near as strong as superheavies like Ganondorf, Bowser, and K. Rool (and also Mythra’s Foresight is gone) Terry and Kazuya would probably be the exact same weight as the Shotos, rather than being progressively heavier than the last

I think the kirby mechanic should've been backwards, like, kirby takes the opponent to a high enough percent and then swallowing inhaled opponents would just kill them instantly, similar to how Zelda's final smash works, where using on someone who's at 100% of above kills them instantly

@@Bupboy As a Kirby main myself as well - Yeah, kinda. He's very light and easy to kill, and has some moves that leave him pretty vulnerable in a lot of cenarios (*Cough cough* Stone *Cough cough*). HOWEVER! Just because he has more a few more losing match-ups than a good chunk of the cast doesn't mean you should drop him! Even with the disadvantages, a good Kirby player can still do some pretty funky stuff! And at the end of the day, If good ol' Kiibo is fun to play for you, why pick another main? Keep going, and keep improving!

Mario: his ladder combos don't kill early enough currently, so we replace his current up-b with shoryuken (except you don't have to do the inputs) DK: taking notes from Krool and Kazuya, his grabs now have super armour. Yoshi: his current play style is way to interesting, so his egg roll is now a carbon copy of spindash (ironic).
Can we get DLC privilege videos dedicated to the characters from Smash games they were introduced introduced in? Examples with characters added to Smash 4: Wii Fit Trainer uses the Balance Board, maybe Cloud gets assistance from Tifa or Aerith, and Greninja turns into Ash-Greninja upon getting a KO just like the games and gets stronger Water Shurikens (maybe golden like the XY Kalos League battle with Ash and Alain)
In all honesty they should definetly do a small mario that turns into a regular mario at a certain percentage or after charging a certain resource. Imagine fighting a pikachu sized mario. The pikachu is a good mechanic too. Getting him to charge or discharge his attacks with thunder is fucking cool.
These are actually like legit cool. I can so imagine these being the perfect way to give the everyone a reasons to play the OG 12. Like if i saw that these characters had these things in ultimate I would play them just as much as i would any of the dlc characters

The hack changes depending on the rule set. Time matches? The clock rewinds by 15 more seconds if K.Rool is not in first. Stock? When K.Rool loses his last life, he spontaneously gets one more. Effectively forcing everyone to fight at a handicap. Stamina? When his stamina hits zero, he recovers 100 HP.
Fun fact about Link getting a dodge roll, he had one all the way back in Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask. There's a few frames of his roll where his hit box turns into a hurt box and he takes no damage if hit with an attack (he still suffers knockback)

pika is basically already a dlc character, no end lag, long ass combos, small as fuck hitbox, busted recovery and edge guarding, high damage and high kill power, fast enough to camp you if he wants luigi is just if kazuya was balanced properly
I feel like Kirby's Inhale should kill an opponent who's over a certain percentage, similar to some Final Smashes. Letting him literally kill at 0% if he's over 100% is too broken. Sure it's risky getting there, but once you get there it's very easy for the match to become a slaughter.
I hope they add more icons by fighter’s percentages. Especially for fighters like Olimar where he throws different type of pikmin, it is just hard to indicate what is next and having a bubble showing the current pikmin would be nice. A lot of fighters deserve something like that, even a possible second percentage counter for Nana and Popo the Ice Climbers since it’s hard to tell how much damage Nana has until the fighter is literally flashing red. A lot of fighters have neat gimmicks that just didn’t get the icons for their gimmicks that could definitely be an easy fix in the next game.
I feel like both the most fair and fitting buff added was the Pikachu thunder buff. I would balance it by making Pika take 0.8% damage each second it holds but can only hold it for 15 seconds- so that if you thunder buff, you GOTTA go in.

Especially for fighters like Olimar where he throws different type of pikmin, it is just hard to indicate what is next and having a bubble showing the current pikmin would be nice. A lot of fighters deserve something like that, even a possible second percentage counter for Nana and Popo the Ice Climbers since it’s hard to tell how much damage Nana has until the fighter is literally flashing red. A lot of fighters have neat gimmicks that just didn’t get the icons for their gimmicks that could definitely be an easy fix in the next game.

I feel like both the most fair and fitting buff added was the Pikachu thunder buff.
I would balance it by making Pika take 0.8% damage each second it holds but can only hold it for 15 seconds- so that if you thunder buff, you GOTTA go in.
