have you reviewed the Adidas RC 5?
I haven't...
I sold my Duramo Speed. at an affordable price. it was half percent when i bought it anyway.
@@Munchkinz11 At least you got rid of them...
i'm looking to buy another affordable daily trainer. what do you think about the REEBOK ENERGEN TECH and the PUMA ELECTRIFY NITRO 2. within my range to buy. you dont have to buy it to review you just have to analyze it. Please. thanks a bunch ES!
You choosing the SL's over the speed makes this review a little bit sketchy. It makes you look you dunno what you're talkin about.
I really don't care how it makes me look for other people. My opinions are blunt and as honest as someone can find these days.
If I don't have comfort with them in my feet, I can't say good things about them.
First thing that I care is to have instant comfort. If that is an issue... I just skip that pair and say how it was (that is why I show me feet in every episode, not everyone have them similar).
I won't beat up my feet for Adidas or any other brand just to "look good for the brands on RUclips". Honesty I was waiting to finish this episode, because they were super uncomfortable to wear for my feet.
Everyone is FREE to do whatever he wants with my opinions. If the Adidas messed up the sizing once again and it didn't even bother to write that on the webpage is not my fault. Although here is NOT the sizing the problem... Is the poor designing with that they went a bit too far once again (doesn't happen very often but it happens, when you try as many pairs as I do is easy to make the difference with a bad one).
"One size/width fits all" of course is not true, because we can have pretty different feet. Some have their feet narrower, others like ME have regular width and few others have them wide or even extra wide... So... "arrow shape" surely is not the best approach in this case...
If for MY FEET aren't OK, it doesn't mean it has to be for everyone the same. This should be like an "heads up" and it means: Try it if you can before you buy!
in May 2024, I bought Duramo speed for $68.88 here in Indonesia.
If you are happy with them, that is the most important thing.
i think you should add one more to your feet size to make it feel more comfortable...
Hi there,
If you like try to read my answer to "@hammeronex1247" from the Ep105 (is the latest one posted).
I don't know how was this coincidence made, but somehow they are related. :)
After I posted my reply to his comment, few minutes later I got it the notification from your comment.
I actually prefer the look of the Duramo Speeds than the SL because it looks like the Adios Pro, it also has the Lightstrike midsole than the Lightmotion but then again, its all a matter of preference.
Obviously everyone of you that watches the video already has his/hers own "needs". Depending on them, some will like it and other won't.
Is really NOT a contest.
Everyone will pick the ones that prefers better. I don't have anything against that.
I did described them "this way", because how they were to MY feet.
As you said and I did too (in the video) everyone knows what's best for his/hers feet...
@@EasyLifeESgreat review! Is the lightmotion softer than lightstrike?
@@sanity7010 Thank you!
About those to foams... they are about the same. Would be difficult to distinguish them without having both on my feet at the same time. In between those two I will probably go with the pair that is having more stack... than a particular foam from those 2.
"Lightstrike 2.0" - is a bit more obvious change... that being little bit better than both (Boston 12 is having it, from what I've seen so far).
@@EasyLifeES thanks for the info! I will go with the thicker stack
@@sanity7010 Great to hear that.
Hopefully you will enjoy them.
Hello sir. Which better Duramo speed or Duramo running SL?
There is NO comparison.
Adidas Duramo Speed on paper is better but, for ME in reality was a hard fail (big flaws in their design).
So, Duramo SL doesn't even have to compete... Is a clear winner for ME at least, and somehow even more affordable.
Durmo sl is flexible?
As seen in Ep131 at 12:04, they are good this way... at least for my taste.
I bought this shoe for running. hopefully itll last for 100 miles.
Yeah, I also hope they will.
IF is not too much to ask please share your experience with them after few weeks of use.
That is what this "small community" needs. Real thoughts and experiences from real users (not paid ones) with these products, this way you might help few people without even knowing.
Thanks in advance!
@@EasyLifeES alright boss
@@Munchkinz11 Great, thanks!
I ran a 10k with them. I hated it. I usually order a size 9.5 us but it seems to tight and I got a blister on my right feet right toe area. the toe box is fxing my foot. I should have ordered a size 10 Eu.. durable outsole in just 1 run though. I hate that toe box
I prefer the adizero RC 5 the over this much breathable. I'll try to use them again once my foot heals
if i usually i am 11 us i have to buy the same size?
IF is that your size in Adidas than YES.
On the web they say go +0.5 size bigger... but that it's up to you. For me the size was not the problem, the shape was...
I say this, because going +0.5 bigger it might not solve the problem that they have.
Very good video 🥰
Thanks! I appreciate it!
Hello
Duramo Speed isn't popular in Korea, so there aren't many reviews
If it's Nike's Infinite Run uk7
What size would you recommend?
Nike UK 7/US 8 = Adidas 7.5 UK/US 8
@@EasyLifeES Thank you very much!
@@용용죽겠찌-e5b Sure, you're welcome!
What’s your height brother?
1.76 m and 65 kg
I have a high arch.. what is the arch support like with these
As shown at 07:30 till about 08:20... the insole and the footbed aren't "prepared" to high arches in my opinion.
If you like, you can read this article to find something more suitable for your feet:
runrepeat.com/guides/best-high-arch-running-shoes
In this Duramo Speed, even the drop is not that big, to help on "that direction" (01:17).
I hope you find this comment useful!
Thank you
@@theresametzen5278 Sure, you're welcome!
Greate! Which camera did you use? Thanks
Hi there,
It's an older Sony mirrorless camera, A6300 model.
You're welcome!
@@EasyLifeES thanks men very nice production
@@musicandres Thank you. I'm still learning, being just a hobby for me.
Great review man!!!
Thank you! I appreciate it!
A very informative video. You've identified some design flaws that could be problematic for some people. Thanks for another great review 👍
Thank you, I'm trying my best.
In the end I really care if some of the viewers can avoid some wasted time with bad shoping or avoid a poor value for money that maybe can not even be return it, because they already take it out for a quick lap.
Entry level at 90 euros! Uffff, i wonder how much we need to spend to get a midrange decent sneaker?
Adidas Response at 75€ do a better job overall, not as breathable but way better made...
But yes, they went up with the prices (like crazy) in the last few years.
chân tôi bình thường 25,4cm thì nên chọn size nào?
Hi there,
Please write the comments in English, this way most of the public will understand it more easy (myself included).
Sometimes the answer is helpful more more than one person.
Thanks in advance!
@@EasyLifeES normal 25.4cm feet, what size should I choose?
It seems that your feet are very close in size with my feet.
So, US 8 for "a relaxed fit" or US 7.5 for having a fit like you see in this video on my feet.
@@EasyLifeES I use it to run 21k, maybe I'll take the us9 😂 26,3cm. ok?
@@quanquynh6460 Well, it's up to you.
Is not my choice this one.
Go with you "True to size" Adidas running sneakers that you already have.
Everyone with his own feet I guess... I only know mine... : )
You asked and I replied... but, I can't promise you anything.
