Hi guys,
“Why I made this channel ?!”
1. I enjoy doing any kind of physical activities, especially in nature (running being one of them) but, "that" lately I've seen that is “a luxury” for me.
For “that” we need to have free time and to feel rested to do it (I have too many long shifts, just to be able to pay the rent every month and survive basically).
2. To be able to afford myself one day to have a KID.
If like me you don’t come from a family that left it you any money, or you didn’t inherit anything from them, nor you have important studies… this is almost impossible for some like us.
The banks won’t even allow people like us to take a mortgage (no matter the interest that they are asking, I did try it), so we can’t buy a home (because we don't have significant amount of money “for them").
This is how the idea of this channel came up.
We value the money because we never really had it, I do care about the future (of us and and our families).
Thank you for your support!

please recommend one among 1) Nike downshifter 13 , 2) Adidas galaxy star M , 3) Adidas galaxy 6 & 4) ADIDAS RESPONSE.
Was about to spend more for the super , but now will go with the normal response. Your videos are really informative with actual figures for all dimensions.🙌
Thanks for the detailed review, man! I'm thinking of getting a pair of Duramo SL but the wide version of it, because I also have wide feet. I assume the wide version would have a wider toe box than the one you reviewed here.
Should they do for gym?
They are made for running, so if you use them for treadmill... they will definitely do the job.
Nó có phù hợp với đi bộ không ? Vì tôi không chạy.
I wouldn't them for walking because of the heel shape. Being made for running have a special cut in the back and you might lose balance if you are not really careful with that heel. Also Adidas has plenty of models for lifestyle if you need, so called "Sportswear" if not mistaken. Something like "SL72 RS" or "Run 72" could be an option if you like them.
Is the shoe tight on the top, around the instep? I have a hammer toe, so I need extra space in that area
These sneakers in general are a bit narrower even for my regular width feet... So... Really... Not the shoe for you. Adidas in general is a bit narrow (except maybe few marathon models) in comparison with other well known brands. Just something to keep in mind in the future. For the extra space I recommend New Balance because they usually have more than regular width available in most of the models not like Adidas that have "Wide" option in only 2-3 models from time to time.
@@EasyLifeES thanks man!!

Hola! Qué me aconsejas?
These are SE. do you know what’s “Special Edition” about them?
One of the things that I've noticed without touching "a regular one" is the material that was used as lining. That one is much durable than the ones seen in other versions. Only for that thing alone, for me it worth the extra money difference. Bad thin lining will reduce quite a bit the use of them...
Can you remake the video it will be 6 years used shoe review then?
Hi there, In the last few years since this video I kinda stoped wearing them (just few times maybe in limited occasions) and that future video it wouldn't be relevant anymore. I had some health issues with my feet since this video so I had to look after for footwear that has a decent amount of cushioning in them. Because of that, the boots that I have haven't seen much wear. Not just these ones, all of them... kinda remained in their boxes. Now my first priority remains the cushion as I said, and a pair of boots can't give me enough (for now). They need to improve them quite a bit in order to keep up with the times in that we live. Thanks for interest though and your suggestion!
Esse é o cara! Máximo respeito!
Thank you! Really appreciate it!
Maximum respect for such a detailed overview. You're the best!!!
Thanks a lot! I really appreciate it!
Great vid sir. Thx gotta cop that Lime color for night runs 👍👍
Thanks! Yeah, that lime green always is a must along with something in black or carbon grey. Idle will be to have some refletive details too.
looks nice! is it good for Supinated feet? the sole at heel looks unsymmetrical
I think this model is neutral. I didn't felt any (unnecessary) "correction" from the shoe for my neutral feet.
@@EasyLifeES Thanks
Sure, you're welcome!
How was your winter experience wearing these boots? I'd like to wear them in snowy condition around the city, but not sure if the salt and snow would be too much for this kind of boot. Any advice is appreciated!
Maybe can someone else can share his experience with them. I didn't had the chance to wear them because was too hot the last winter (here in Spain) so I couldn't check them. Sorry I can't be more helpful for now!
that wont last long with my Heel Strike. -(
I felt exactly the same when I've seen them on my hands for the first time... Unfortunately.
Another great review! I will bet that lime green outer sole separates from the rest of the sole within three months.? Super thin and super cheap everything, it looks like with this shoe. I bought a pair of Adidas at Costco for $40. I expect them to last 6 months. When I spend $100 plus dollars, I expect more, but rarely get that anymore. They are making shoes so cheaply, but charging outrageous prices. As a consumer, I refuse to spend that kind of money, when the quality just isn't there. Your video's really showcase this. Thank you my friend, for doing what you do!👍❤️
ive used them for their intended purpose, running, for a while and theyre fine in fact adizero rubber is actually known to be really good I ran all of cross country and trained with them for track and also occasionally use them for personal runs including a marathon Iused them for their intended use running
Hi there, Yeah hard to say if it will last or not. As someone else commented if you are a heel striker... Bad luck... I don't think will be really durable. They could do thinks better but... I will continue to show how they really are and everyone is free to take what they want from my videos. Thank you for watching these episodes!
IF you have any questions just let me know. I will try to reply every time I can. Otherwise enjoy it! BTW IF YOU FIND MY REPLIES USEFUL, please consider leaving a LIKE to THE VIDEO. Will be THE BEST way to say a warm "Thanks"!😊
Looks like adidas response
They kinda look... but... the cushion is just not there. Response has it better.
What do you think about adidas switch FWD ? Are they good comparing to nb more v4 ?
I never try it that model so I can't say anything about it. Maybe other viewers can say something about them. For me that outsole with b8g holes can create many problems with small stones.
Is it durable enough for a college student or should I see different options? Also, can u recommend other options with 50~80 USD?
They are dedicated running sneakers. If you want them for running they are basic but usable. I don't recommend them for lifestyle use. For lifestyle use they are sneakers in Adidas line like "Run 72" "Crazychaos 2000" and so on. Just look for those that have the tag on the Adidas webpage: "sportwear".
@@EasyLifeES thxs
Thes shoes use to long ran ?
Good enough for most cases, exception maybe a marathon.
Yesterday I went to the store and it turned out that I did not have a size for these shoes, there is a response super and response super 2.0, which one do you think is better? or there is another series that you can recommend to run 5-10km every day
sorry my english is so bad😭
Although I never tried those Super 2.0, I will probably go with the Response Super. Alternative try Adidas Questar 2 (Ep140), they have better cushion than Response and almost as good outsoles. Also breathable, well made overall in comparison with the majority of today's running sneakers that I see.
@@EasyLifeES compared to ultraboost 22 which is better?
@@ibrahandsome_pacaroradekjae UB22 is a BAD joke, I don't recommend it at all! Has serious problems with the comfort (the cage was digging into my insteap, really awful, same were UB21 with different issues) and also very small amount of cushion. Because the midsole lacks internal stack. What you see on the exterior is NOT what you get! Ultraboost Light were seriously better made and also the NEW Ultraboost 5 from this year (check my Shorts for the last one).
Which is better to run every day 5-10km, these shoes or Adidas response?
Stride has little bit more cushion but not as good durability. For me still Response is a better buy. And not to mention quite a bit more cheaper. You almost can buy 2 Response pairs...
@EasyLifeES THANKYOUU 😭😭😭 tomorrow I will buy shoes but I'm still confused which one to buy, luckily I found your chanel and you replied to my comment quickly
so I'll subscribe for you
oh i forgot, better response, response super or response super 2.0?
@@ibrahandsome_pacaroradekjae Yeah sure, you're welcome! Hello what do you think of Galaxy 7?
It depends of your the priorities. For me is a downgrade from Galaxy 6. Now has: - less weight (good), - less rubber outsole (bad for longevity and safety), - about the same cushion (here I wanted to see more stack if not a softer cushion) - less rugged build (durability will suffer) The Galaxy 6 is a better buy from my point of view. Also even more affordable now. I hope this reply is helpful!
@@EasyLifeES gracias amigo
@@EasyLifeES hola devuelta la parte de los dedos es mas ancha en el galaxy 6 o 7? gracias
Claro, de nada!
Diría que son iguales. No he notado cambios en ese sentido.
Is Supernova solution is good for brisk walk daily?
For that type of exercise I think a sneaker with rocker is the best choice. Something that I didn't try it on the channel but I've seen many people recommending them. For example Hoka Mach 5, Asics Novablast 4, On Cloudmonster, Brooks Ghost Max and so on. About this Adidas model... I don't recommend it for "that activity", because if you check at 09:00 you will see that the heel has a special angle. That means that for running will have a optimal shape but for walking will compromise the stability and will do the opposite. Now of course is just my opinion, but I did show that movement on the heel somewhere in my videos because a similar question has been in the comments sometime ago. I hope you find this reply useful!
You could shine a light inside the shoe in a dark closet to see how easy the shoe breathes. Sometimes you can’t tell by the holes or the texture of the fabric…
Thanks for the suggestion, I started to do that on my latest videos (9 months ago, Ep136 13:40).
Also, can you please do a review of the Adidas Tracefinder trail running shoes? Thanks. 🙂 And more power to your channel.
Hi there, From time to time I do take suggestions from my viewers and I did check it the model in that you are interested (on the official ES webpage) but they don't have sizes being out of stock as right now so no way to get access to them (unless someone offers to ship them to me, which I don't think is the case). That will be the first rule: to be available "in my size" on the official site here "in Spain". Other thing to keep in mind is that they are many other sneakers that already had been shot for my channel and I follow a particular order because my videos are related (that's why I call them "episodes") so possibly it will take more time that you might want to wait till it will be posted that particular video. As we speak they are 8-10 videos in line that had been shot and they are waiting my spare time to edit them when I can (and that takes time). I wish I could do more but I work alot at my job and I have a busy life (as many of you have) and is hard for me to find all the time that I need to have faster uploads unfortunately. Not to mention that because I live outside of States I make close to nothing from my RUclips channel so not really motivated to give up my sleep time for the channel. I'm trying to be open with you guys, this way everything makes more sense to you. I have good intentions with this channel but I am 1 guy with a full time job and not much spare time for the channel. BTW also I reply to everyone and I have a long list of comments waiting in my notifications area of the channel that needs my help. I help every time I can, without hesitation.
Really appreciate this reviews of reasonably priced shoes. 💯
Thank you, I'm trying to test sneakers that have a decent outsole and a good value for money overall.
Hi bro! Nice video. I am usually 11.5 US in regular shoes and sneakers. I just bought a pair of Autumn Spice Waxy Kudu E in 10.5 UK. They feel good but I am not sure if I got the right size. I feel like there if too much space in the toe cap. In Blundstones, for example, I have a pair of 10UK so I dont know if I should go on and try to change them for a 10UK. Also, do you have any tips or rule of thumb to check if a boot fits well? Thanks
Hi there, If they are boots, normally is not a huge problem because you can tight them or insert extra insoles for added comfort... is more easy to find "a fix". If they came with extra insoles in the package (I do this only in boots, because they requires more space inside than the usual footwear) I place my longer foot over the insole that has been previously aligned perpendicular with the wall (with the heel side) and the length in between the longer toe of my foot (not obligatory to be the big toe here) and the end of the insole it should never be more than 1-1.5 cm max/0.39-0.59" max. If is more than "that" even with few mm, than probably is at least 0.5 size bigger than I like to have them. If the package came without extra insoles try adding one from a pair of shoes that you already in your collection that have the correct fit for you and insert it till it touches the front end of the new boots. The space in between the heel and end of the older insole it should not be superior to 5mm (try to match 2 pairs of boots that are more or less alike, NOT dress boots that are more pointy with rounded toe boots in order to be more accurated with your measures). Other thing that you can try, is with the lacing system, If when they are tighten enough (without being uncomfortable for the feet) they should be able to lock easily your feet in one place. If the fail to do that and your feet are still sliding inside even with the socks that you are planning to use them, then most likely you should size down (-0.5 size down) because those boots are too big. In my values (the insole being 1 - 1.5 cm longer than the feet) I already took in consideration that the feet might swallow a bit after few hours of use (that is normal with any kind of footwear). Also keep in mind that being leather they will still adjust to your feet in time. That being said don't buy them shorter than you should, because it will severely compromise the comfort with them and it will endanger your feet health unnecessarily. I have fasciitis plantar (and probably a begging of arthritis) so... I know very well how important is to have healthy feet. I hope you find this reply useful!
👏🏻👏🏻
My foot is around 29 cm long and 11.5 cm wide. Can this shoes fit me well? Or i better try other brand that is wider?
They are regular fit but for your size really NO idea. I don't know, go to a dedicated running sneakers store and try asking if they can allow you to measure your feet with a Brannock device. Usually they are very helpful (at least here in Spain).
The zoom fly shoe is not a heal landing shoes. You will hurt yourself or really weird feeling if you are a heel landing runner. Imo.
I suppose your remark is right. I didn't try it them outside (because I rarely keep the products seen in my videos) but due to the end of the heel shape, probably is more indicated to land with the front end of the shoe when running and for the carbon plate that is the top position in the back of the sneaker.
Can you recommend daily 5km run Shoes between duramo sl vs galaxy 6 Can i use both of them for trail run in park? My weight is 79kg (overweight) currently having shin pain problem so keeping that it mind please suggest best shoes
In the past (let's say 4-6 years ago) using regular (asphalt) running sneakers it wasn't a problem even for trail running (I use to use NB 1080 v9 in forests without hesitation for years), but because nowadays they have very small close to none mm of lugs, I recommend you to use dedicated trail footwear, otherwise you will lose grip and potentially injure yourself. I even encourage you to look for online outlet stores were with a bit of luck you can find trail sneakers at affordable prices. Something like NB More Trail v3 will be a good choice, because if you already have problems with your feet (shin pain) something without good cushion & traction as Galaxy 6 or Duramo SL will be a mistake from my experience. It doesn't have to be that model from NB but look for sneakers with bigger midsole stack and better outsole to be able to grip well on dirt, grass etc. With trail sneakers I have less experience and I can't help you as I wish I could. My last trail running sneakers were NB Hierro 6 few years back.
@EasyLifeES thanks, one more thing if have to choose between duramo sl vs galaxy 6 which one will be best
Maybe Duramo SL but... On dirt... Is not the same...
go puma magnify nitro
Hey ! I love you extremely detailed reviews ! I am from India and I am confused between two shoes. Adidas duramo speed or Adidas questar 2M ? I have seen both of ur reviews about these shoes.I usually play indoors so no probs of exposed foam.I have currently purchased the questar 2M. I want you to tell me whether questar is better in comfort or not And whether I should consider the duramo speed just because of the less weight ? Thank You ! Please reply ASAP.
Duramo Speed has less stability if I remember well. The cushioning is about the same. I prefer Questar 2 that are having very good fit with my feet. If you want to try Duamo Speed is up to you, but I don't think that you lose anything having already Questar 2.
Which one is good for flat feet?
I don't have on my channel sneakers for flat feet because I have them in the opposed way. My arch is medium-sized. They are "dedicated brands" that make running shoes for flat feet but I don't know many. I believe Altra is one of them. I bel8eve that you should ask in a dedicated running sneakers store. They will know better than me.
Is there any difference between the upper of boston and duramo speed? Both seem very thin. Would they be durable enough?
They are vwry different actually. Boston are made for marathons, so much thinner than you think. Extremely light weight. Not suitable for everyday use. Won't last too much. But very good for what they are made. One of the best that I tried this year. Duramo speed are made for daily running if they "work" for you. For me they didn't fit me well.

In my opinion they have too many smudges and scratches / imperfections for the big price. Which belts are you using nowadays?
This pair in the video has already few years of use, so... they aren't really "new". But of course even from the factory they aren't coming always in pristine condition, that's true. "Which belts are you using nowadays?" - for "elegant" look I like the Meermin ones - for "casual" which now is my go to outfit most of the time (many "normal" brands: TH, CK, Wrangler, Levi's, Massimo Dutti etc )
@@EasyLifeES thanks, understood now why they are not looking "new".
Sure, you're welcome!
Saved me from buying Clarks "Un Costa Lace". What shoes are you using nowadays?
I have something from Tommy Hilfiger called "Comfort LTH Hybrid" (from 2022-2023) in 2 different colors that I can wear them with jeans and chinos with sweater and shirt under if I need something more "dressy". You can see them in this video (19:30): ruclips.net/video/zKUvjY4ero8/видео.html&ab_channel=EasyLifeES Now I am interested in Hybrid shoes because the cushion is a must for ME. They have to have some soft thick foam and nice leather. They are NOT the best looking but no one else does something more decent (or at least I haven't found them just yet). BTW: I'm glad that you had the chance to avoid those Clarks because they aren't what they should be... for the price!
Galaxy 6 good for triple jump or not
Triple jump is a different "team", for that sport exists dedicated footwear. Is not "a blasphemy" to use a different kind of sneakers but they won't be useful if you care about that sport. If you check the dedicated footwear has in front end of the shoes some spikes, that are meant to be there to give it the optimal grip. If that part (so important) is missing you will have a really downgraded pair of shoes that won't be able to give you what you need. So... NO. BTW the prices of dedicated footwear aren't that different from the ones of running shoes. So it doesn't have to be more expensive if you don't want that. I hope you find this comment useful.
i bought this shoes under price 4700 🤗
I have flat feet. With a collapsing arch. I’m a new mail carrier. Any recommendations on a type of shoe that might work best for me?
If you are looking for a casual fit and not something too sporty looking, I'm not sure that I have the right answer. They are brands that now are making "leather shoes with foam midsoles" (that I haven't tried yet). Something like Allen Edmonds Henderson Derby. Dressy looking shoes won't give problems for your kind of feet and maybe combined with orthopedic insoles can give you the best cushion and comfort all day long. If sportswear is still OK and you need best cushion that I know for lifestyle sneakers, try Nike Motiva have really good cushion. For your flat feet again add some flat insoles or orthopedic ones that adapt better to your feet. I not sure how much this helps but I tried.
BTW I just realized that you are a women (I just notice now your name, usually mostly guys are written me) so maybe I'm not the best to answer to your questions. Still a quick Google search rule with: "leather shoes with foam midsoles" applies here too I suppose. They have to be some brands made for women's too, with soft midsoles.
@@EasyLifeES thanks for the reply! Appreciate the help!

Ele é melhor que o durando Sl ? Ou bate de frente ?
Is not better than Duramo SL in cushion. Duramo SL has more cushion. The comfort in front end is equal (and correct) in both for my feet.
got for 32 usd in india and currently i use adidas questar 1 , how it will be at this price and over questar 1, the questar was very good cushion is this having a vast difference?
I don't remember anymore how was the cushion in Questar 1 because I was trying them in a store for few seconds. I wasn't impress back then. I even though that I should avoid them in the future. Yet Questar 2 was a much better improved version that actually worth buying. About this Response are good but not as good in cushion asa Questar 2, so I'm not sure how you will like them. Best thing (if you can) is to try them before in a physical store or lower down your expectations before trying them and maybe they aren't too bad. This way you will know if you want them or not.
Diadora 👍
Thanks!
Hi, best adidas for daily use focused o cushioning? Under 100€ any adizero, duramo or any good choice? Only focused for cushion
Hi there, For daily use (assuming that you want them for running, not other activities) you will want some rubber in them, and because these days most of them have it almost gone, you won't have many GOOD choices. Higher the price, usually less rubber (durability obviously is affected). Something like Nike Invincible that have very good cushion, might last in between few weeks and few moths... if we are lucky. I wasn't, my last pair started to lose the outsoles in only 2 weeks... So, try Adidas Response or Adidas Questar 2 that both have some ok cushioning and not as bad as others, having still some rubber in those outsoles. IF you don't care too much about the rubber in the outsole (although you should care if is for daily use) and you are lucky you might find NB More V4 for under 100€. I have a pair of those. Very good cushion in comparison with what Adidas has to offer, but partial rubber outsoles. I have the NB More V4 and they are pretty good especially if your feet have the same arch as mine have (medium - high). If you have flat feet, they aren't a good choice! I have fasciitis plantar, so for me it was a must having good cushioning in my running sneakers.
@@EasyLifeESIn my country the questar 2 only 29 euro and nb more v4 only 54 euro. I only run 2 times a week. So which one is better ?
Both have their place and it makes sense to exist (for me). I will explain. Questar 2 have OK cushion and for most including me are more than decent. Those are daily trainers, faster than NB model and maybe more durable. NB have almost 2 times the cushion, they are made for recovery days. They are a bit bulky and totally necessary for what they were made. For people with injuries or any kind of pain they are a must, or you simply want to protect even more your joints.
@@EasyLifeES did u try nb arisha v4?
@@EasyLifeES thanks a lot. Appreciate it bro
Hello sir I watch lots if video but still confused sugget me a good Running shoes for daily running 5 to 10 km on highway (road) under 2500 rupees. Please reply
Hi there, For 5-10km most of them will do the job, about the price be sure to write in euros "€" or dollars "$" otherwise I won't know your currency. About models try something like Adidas Response (not Response Super that this more expansive and poorly made). Or Adidas Questar 2. Both are very good for the price.
what about runfalcon 5 vs response?
Still Response because of the extra cushion.
@@EasyLifeES thank you friend
Sure, no problem! You're welcome!
Hello ! Nice video! How much space you say there should be to the front end ? 1 thumb ?
Hi there, Thanks! About the space the rule of thumb work well for me. So the big thumb in front. Or in between 1.5cm-2.5 cm depending of the shape of the front end of the sneakers.
good job
Thank you!
