    I knew John was gonna say Creepin before he said it as a potential song of the summer because I went to Greece recently and I heard it everyday in multiple locations around the country. It’s an international hit. The Weeknd plays really well overseas.

    Jon: the fit is superb. When will you give us a tour of your wardrobe? Or maybe a personal history of your fashion taste? Top 3 merch stories? Something, please. (Typing this after only watching the first 20 seconds).

    Every Peso Pluma song is the song of the summer. I literally hear them from car windows and taco places in the large walkable US city where I live.

    Streaming services and radio also game the chart system through payola and selective filtering bc of their own agenda for which artists they want to succeed. The days of mass popularity of an act like a Michael Jackson or Prince are over.

    You guys should do a soundtrack of the 2020 summer of love. It can include songs like burning down the house and..let me stand next to your fire. Then maybe discuss how mass "protestors" somehow didnt get the Wuhan Flu...but going to church you would
    You could title it ..leftist ever a hypocrite.

    Critics of Rich Men just seem so insistent to put everyone who likes the song in the conservative basket as if were all MAGA lovers. My first presidential vote was for Clinton. I voted for Kevin Rudd in Australia in 2007. This isnt a left v right song...its a middle vs Top AND bottom. Theres a tonne of hard working people who are sick of pollies AND welfare sucks.

    • @Pelicola747
      @Pelicola747 10 месяцев назад +1

      Punching down on welfare recipients shouldn’t be a part of a song that’s supposedly a critique of the rich and powerful. It’s also full of right wing talking points that serve as a dog whistle to the more sinister elements of the right. It’s not as much a song as it is a strategic media play, which is pretty lame imo.
