Secondary Downpipes DIY on my F90 M5 - Loud enough??

- DIY for replacing the secondary downpipes on a BMW F90 M5 Competition. I went with the MAD secondary downpipes. Set aside several hours for the job as you will need to remove several heat shield from the top, remove the entire exhaust, and the top clamps can be tricky to get back on. Overall I think this is a worth while upgrade, but don't expect much of a sound change. You definitely don't have to worry about adding drone with this setup. It's basically the same as stock in comfort. I will be installing high flow primaries next for more sound.

Man, I'm disappointed to hear this. I ordered a set of secondary downpipes to go with my custom exhaust I had built. I think you will have to get rid of the stock Exhaust as it is still restrictive at the rear with that middle box between both mufflers. Did you already remove the resonator in the middle?
No, rest of the exhaust is stock.
@@LenartoGarage ok. I just saw the other video where you added the primaries. You should consider removing that resonator and adding the Dinan x-pipe if you want more volume.
