But have a question, being that you are still under warranty, do mods like this affect that? And if so do you get any pushback from the dealer on things when they see changes?

Amy modification to the system can be grounds to deny the warranty for parts directly affected by that system. As the intake relates to fuel, air, combustion - they could technically ballbust and void it. With that being said 1) this is easily removable 2) I don't think they'd both anyone for this, but wouldn't want to be flagged or take the chance. I always intake a car and then when out of warranty I tune and such.
Is it okay to wash car with front mount intakes ? Also i heard small rocks can get sucked up into the turbo.
I got em on my 550i. I change to this m style as well. Youll be fine in heavy rain and no rocks can get it

Nope
My $350 cts intakes sound 100x better and were easier to install. Project gama is just Chinese intakes white labeled with their brand and marked up 2,000%. 0 r&d. Just silicone and pvc

With no tune, hardly. But it should increase throttle response and IATs

Horrible idea. Exposed air high flow filters, sand blasting turbos. Not for me.
