Learnt how to start with,how to continue n how to finish the whole practice of breathing. Got the minute-minute important points you mentioned in between. Sister previously I used to practice yoga asans and it was continued for 15-16 years definitely I got there benefits and I became strong but slim and flexible body.But after that I can’t practice it regularly,now I am 70 and my joints got stiff and now it was not possible to practise again those postures.But so many thanks to you as you have explained other options to perform these practices,and definitely I will follow you.Again so many thanks.
