Man. I bought this cleaner for my Gateway and used it on my WSM first. Dayumm! It looks like I just took it out of the box!
This video shows me how to clear my drum when I first built it after a few cooks and rained inside of it before I got a cover for it.
I just ordered this cleaner but is it really just to rinse with the hose a couple of times like the video and my gateway is ready to use? No chemicals/toxic that needs to be burnt off? Just want to be 100% sure so I don't get anything in my body or my family/friends:)
Thank you very much for the info and demonstration. It was very helpful.
Great tutorial. Thank you
could you use sand in the bottom?
I just don't like that it takes 2 guys to clean a smoker. OK Joe Bronco has a drain so 1 guy can do it. Thanks for the great info.
good content. definitely going to check out the cleaner. My only question for you is do we need to re-season the smoker after essentially stripping it with the cleaner?
Most definitely
instaBlaster.
So you can cook with the oil dry in the drum
Whats the name of the cleaner
You should try CitruSafe cleaners. Best on the market.
Thanks for the video! Are those decals high heat?
Do you use the deflector plate?
Why do you put that on the bottom! why not let it dry on its own
You gotta be kidding me lol....I literally just cleaned mine haha....irony
