Well firstly, thank you for doing the video so soon! Of course your video was excellent and made sooooooo much sense so I feel I'm no longer confused on this subject. So a big thanks for that! Am sure many others found it super helpful too. For my own situation, since I have had a ton of tissue breakdown (and am a bit underweight), plus not to mention annoying fatigue, I think it might be best for me to have a healthy snack between meals for now to get those stress hormones to calm down! Ultimately I'd like to only do 3 meals a day and also get fat adapted at some point but I guess one step at a time. I'm taking HCL (but not something for bile flow as I THINK it's ok at this point). Oh, and I have to say, I feel VERY special that you made a video on my question lol 🙂

I slowly reached to eating OMAD. But I couldn't loose weight. Would you please explain why our body is stressed when we fast. I eat good healthy food. Not a lot of protein though. A big bowl of salad with lots of nuts.

Hypothetically and for educational purposes only- What is good next step if a person with SIBO feels much better using Beet Flow, but every time about 4 hours afterwards their blood sugar plummets and they get lower back pain (maybe kidney? Oxalates?). How should a person proceed? Because they feel much better for 4 hours until the blood sugar goes really low ( non diabetic reactive hypoglycemia )

What’s your opinion on organic vs conventional meat? I am contemplating quitting vegetarianism but I only have access to factory-farmed meats (I am living in a developing country). Considering cows are fed with gmo soy and corn, and stuffed with antibiotics and hormones, I am not convinced eating such meat would be beneficial overall. That’s a hard question, but I’d love to know what you think. Thanks for your work!
Thank you for info! I see, that you answer to some comments, hope mine will be answered too. I have a strange problem with eating healthy food. I can eat fruits, honey, jam and things like that without problem. But after eating some high protein food, even in a small quantity, a get an extreme fatigue(like my brain is overloaded) and heartbeat. BP is ok and sugar is fine too, even when the fatigue was unbearable. Have you had patients with something like this? No muscle weaknesses, dizziness or stomach pain, just brain issue. Taking many capsules of HCL for a couple of weeks didn't help at all, but the digestion was a little faster. And I have bloating almost from anything or roaming in my gut

Totally resonate. I was also convinced that 2 meals a day is a solution. But no, esp. when BP is in 90-ies/60-ies.
