A few years ago my jaw was hurting so much, I was clenching my teeth at night so I would wake up with a sore jaw and teeth. Searched home remedies for jaw pain and teeth clenching, and magnesium came up. Took 1 pill before bed and my pain was like 80% gone, I have been taking it ever since.

Please be careful with magnesium especially if you are taking any kind of blood pressure medications; I will agree it helped with sleep. However after about 4 days my Apple Watch kept going off; apparently it slow your heart rate and can be dangerous; so be careful; I was getting dizzy for no apparent reason.
@@hannahrobertson1397 at the time I just used the Trader Joe’s version I think it was magnesium plus something else. But I don’t think they sell it anymore. I currently use NutriCoast, magnesium glycinate, but if you take too much, it will give you the poops

Omg!! The face mask to protect your clothes!! I want you to know that when I was in high school, one summer between my Freshman and Sophomore year, my mother drove me to Houston every Saturday for 6 weeks to attend a Finishing Class for high schoolers at Patricia Stevens Modeling School. At the beginning, we received a hat box full of “essentials”. Among which was a pink nylon net hood with the zipper that was to wear when putting on clothes to prevent makeup from getting on clothes and to not mess up the hairdo! Think big hairtease days! That was in the latter 50’s and I am now 81 years old and I still have it, and still use it religiously even to this day. Knock on wood, and the zipper has NEVER been replaced!! So happy to see they are still available!! May have to get one for backup!! 😂

I bought the Tineco floor cleaner and LOVE IT! I’m a fanatic about having clean floors because I have an old dog who drags in stuff on her paws. Poor thing! She can’t help it. The instructions say only use their cleaner. I think plain water would work just as good. Thanks Shea!

I have a Shark vacuum/mop that you have to hold your finger on it. I will NEVER have another thing like that!! Now, I love my regular Dyson vacuum but I use my vacuum robots now except in my area rugs. I do like to run the Dyson over them. I will check out the one you recommend. We have those lights everywhere. We love them.

Hi Shea, how have you been feeling lately regarding teeth pain? Has it helped the pain since your teeth were extracted?
Can anyone tell me if the ChomChom clothing or #6 will work well on picking up long hair (from clothing and carpet ) without get knotted in it? I gave been shedding strands of hair. I can't stock up on the disposable roller tape fast enough. The hair gets tangled in the vacuum brush and I have to use a scissor to clean it. #18 is ideal for me. Does it stay cool?

That's crazy that you think that pink dress will work on everyone! Absolutely not! Even when I was thin I have always had a tummy. That dress will only work on the super thin with no tummy people!
I’m a size medium and hardly ever stray from an A-line. I would look terrible in that pink dress. Anything other than an hourglass or very thin tends to look terrible in super fitted clothing.

I usually take it after dinner in the evening! But you could also take it in the morning or even split up the dose and do both.

I think it’s best to preface recommendations for supplements with “talk to your doctor before taking.” Everyone has unique physiology and different drugs they’re taking which may not mix well with certain supplements. I notice you never say this, and I think you should.
Exactly, supplements can have adverse effects and can actually be dangerous and so many influencers are saying how to take them, you need this to be healthy, it will vastly improve your life . This can be dangerous.
Agree! Some people take vitamins and supplements that they don’t need or that can be harmful to that individual, especially if on other medications. Some people take so many vitamins and supplements and it isn’t necessary. Definitely go to your doctor first and get a full bloodwork and exam done. It can be very harmful to have your bloodwork levels not in the normal area and if the reason is because of vitamins and supplements you’re taking, then you’re harming yourself.
Be careful saying “never;” I do believe she has, at times, mentioned this but I understand your wanting her to always preface this . . . I don’t know, in this day and age, would there be some people who would just blithely take whatever someone told them . . . possibly. Better safe than sorry though . . .
Ya, I have an autoimmune disorder and I can’t have too much vitamin K, so I have to watch what kinds of foods I eat, certain fruits and leafy greens are not ok. Also having too much of certain vitamins can cause issues
@tsunami1112 you are right, she has said it in other videos. Unfortunately, I think there are still people out there who would take something, vitamin/supplement, without checking with their doctor. A lot of people, including me, are easily influenced to buy or do things. If I see an influencer using a skin care or makeup product, I may go buy it. I'm pretty good about researching everything I buy, but that's just because I have OCD and have a compulsion to research everything (BTW, Im not just throwing around the term OCD, I really do have OCD and I really do compulsively research).

I am not a fan of the carpet tape, reason being is that the glue sticks to the floor and it is hard to remove. I prefer the stick on patch that attach to the carpet and the bottom is non slipped

I need the Magnesium. I take steroids and have muscle cramps all the time. Every time I wear anything black I pick up every piece of white things. I have an old lint brush. But I could use that lint brush. And I will tell my daughter about it too. She has a pug who sheds like crazy. And she uses the peel kind of lint brush. I also need the Dyson trigger lock. That’s the one thing I hate about that vacuum. I live in Georgia where we have red clay dirt. All my shoes are orange. I wear beige crocs lol the time around the house and they even look partly orange. So those would clean all my shoes. I’m sure I can find a few more things I could use. I always do.

Magnesium citrate is what helps relieve constipation.
Just stay away from Citrate and you'll be fine.
Magnesium glyceinate helps relieve tension and tight muscles so that you can sleep better.
I go between both of those as needed.

Take less magnesium. You probably already eating a well balanced diet like spinach or even dark chocolate which has a large percent of magnesium in the food. People generally will know if they are getting too much.......they have loose bowels. Just back off 1 capsule and see if that is a good dose for you.
So, what’s the solution to when you’re wearing those cute rubber soled shoes you showed to stop that awkward suction farting noise when you walk? 🤣 I have high arches and when the soles are even a little cushiony they make that noise. Rules out a lot of cute shoes for me.
