See you Monday-Friday all of January. I am really upping my RUclips effort. I have upgraded my editing software and lowered my work load outside of RUclips. Providing quality workouts for you this year is my number one focus. I don't think I can do 5 days a week every month, but I am going to do what I have seen other trainers do. They create a playlist for each month from pervious videos, and for each day I post a video it will coinside with the type of video on the playlist so you can do the new one and keep your program balanced. I hope that makes sense, I am going to try and explain it in videos moving forward.

New year, time to regroup! I love the upgraded video, love the PIP. I've been out a couple times this year, and when I order my club soda and lime, I'm asked if I'm doing dry January. Nope, I'm doing dry 25 pounds. Last year after my doctor suggested medication for my weight may be a thing, I promised I'd lose weight. I was down 25 pounds at one point, but put back about 4. Overall, I was down more than 20 this year when he saw me, and he was happy. My goal this year is to get rid of the last 25 and keep it off. I'm focused and dedicated, and I am goal oriented. Hopefully when I hit this one, someone will be there with a gold star!
Dry 25, I LOVE that! Sounds like you are well on your way to your final goal. Anything I can do to support you, please let me know. Eat real food and avoid sugar, move daily, and you will get there the right way. Sounds like you have done that in your approach so far. Knowing that it is a daily dedication and not a quick fix is the key to success. Keep eating real food and moving each day and you start to feel so good that you recognize how you feel when you eat poorly. I bet you have experienced that over the time that you have had your weight loss so far. I know you can do the rest. You have the right attitude and approach! You already have earned at ⭐in my book, but come back for more!

that is SO TRUE, it is hard to start sometimes. For me too, I have to talk myself into exercising by telling myself that I know I will feel better both physically and mentally once I get going. Hasn't been wrong yet! I am glad you like the workout Lianne!!!

I think that my workouts are overall safe because weight-bearing and low impact is a good approach to bone density and osteoporosis issues but I would defer to your doctor. You could let him know that my channel has all low impact, 30 minute or less, strength, compound strength and strength with low impact cardio workouts. All with dumbbells for resistance and to increase the weight bearing load.

Hi June, it’s so good to hear from you. There are four workouts each week Monday through Thursday, followed by a stretch on Friday. The workouts vary each week so it’s hard to give you a pattern other than to say if you have a very strength based out one day the next day might have a a lighter weight more movement type of workout. Each week will have a work out that focuses on and, core and balance. Until week four these are a total body with some targeted work. So for example, troubled areas in one workout. Core focus in another. In week four it breaks down to a lower body, upper body, abs, and then a total body. Formats include Mecon, PHA compound, strength, isolated strength, Unilateral strength, Boot Camp style, dumbbell hit, any cardio is low impact cardio. During this month, I have sprinkled a little bit of cardio in most of the workouts. But the primary focus is building lean muscle. Do the workout that was published on that day and just keep moving forward. Because these are a total body, you’re not going to miss something by skipping a workout. Do as many as you can. I love that you are asking these questions and excited about this program. Please let me know how you’re doing.
