      I am glad you like them. I filmed one yesterday, probably for February that for some reason I just really liked. Funny how that happens, I write the workouts, but I never really know until I put it all together and actualy do them how I will like them. Every once in a while I think "that was really awesome." Haha, you will like it I am sure. I am so glad you are attacking this program! It has it all hopefully.
