    Rhoda you have THE best ab/core workouts!! They challenge whole body balance, brain/neuro, endurance, and strength while targeting the abs and I love it! Thank you so much!

      Oh thank you. Get ready for my Fresh Start 2025 program. I will have one workout on 1/2, but then on 1/6 I will have 4 workouts each week in January and one stretch on Friday of each week. I have upgraded my editing software to a pro version and the videos look great so far! It has been a slow learning experience, but I am editing much fast now that I have figured out where all the bells and whistles are. I am so glad you are here with me as we move into the new year.

    This was AWESOME! ❤❤ Seriously the best one yet that involved cardio-I like cardio by itself. I use it as a moving meditation.
    But I'll be doing this again and again!! You really outdid yourself and that's hard to do at your level❤
    Gotta go I've got potato chips in the kitchen 😂😂😂

    Whew! Rhoda that was fantastic. I have a question: Am I able to do each daily video you release or do I have to give myself time to recover between them? I know you use different muscle groups and a bit of cardio in each new daily video. Just wondering if it is safe to do one each day. I still do my aerobics everyday!!! 😅😅😅😅👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

      Great question Bridgette, I try to put workouts in a order that you would not have to take a full day to rest between. Like you said, different muscle groups, or different training techniques. That being said, you need rest days once in a while! If you are REALLY sore all over, you should take a rest day, or if you have done 4 or 5 days in a row, take a rest. I love to exercise, haha, so I have a hard time taking those rests. I have to force it because your body does need recovery from the overall stress of exercise. I learned that recently. My weight was up and I could not move the scale. I exercised harder and harder. Come to find out my hormone cortisol was super high and that was due to stress in my life (both good and bad) and adding the killer workouts was just adding MORE stress, hence my hormones got more out of wack! As soon as I reeled it in, did less strenuous ( think killer cardio for long periods,) my weight came off. I really learned something. Women over 40 really do need to limit their exertion and any high impact.

That is a good pattern for us die hards. Taking that Friday and stretching, then being active on the weekend with light workouts, or just life, is a perfect balance. I have upgraded my editing software to a pro version and the videos look great so far!       ⁠Rhoda, that explains so much! I am going to be 60 next month and I swear it was like I pulled a rip cord on my lower gut in two weeks time!!!! How on earth do I know I have high Cortisol levels? It was like this happened over night. I’m kinda freaking out. @@fabfitover40andbeyondwithrhoda
