For me, the real turn around was when I learned to say no, and not take no for a answer. Like if someone says you can't do something, Do it anyway.

Great video and I totally agree. The universe is as reflective as it is interactive. If you can get present enough to step out of the ego and observe and open the heart, and understand if you take the sum of everything in your reality it's your reflection of your energetic matrix and from awareness comes potential change. There are several powerful mirror exercises we do which are transformative.

The one thing I'd add is that, in terms of projection, it could be for many reasons. So, for example, those who are worried about fidelity in relationships may be that way - not because they have a history of cheating - but because they've been cheated on in the past (e.g. Phoebe et al.'s 'diagnosis' of Ross' lack of trust after his first wife lied and cheated on him). The overall point remains, i.e. you're projecting, but it's just important to not dismiss the projection possibility because you think, 'Nah, I'm not obsessively worried about my partner cheating on me because I'm a cheater. It's because they're not trustworthy (etc. etc.), and I'm within my rights to worry''. No, not really. Our projections may be triggered for a plethora of reasons.

See, I keep coming to this awesome channel hoping one day there will be a video addressing loss of body parts or disfigurement. What if you really can't change physical things that are hindering you, ya know?
Then you gotta change your brain and your mindset of those things. If you can't change a missing limb or a scarred face. You gotta work on your perspective cause you're stuck with those things.
7:40 Give love to receive love. Dude, what the hell do you think have I been doing? I always give love, never ask for love back until I get to a point where I am sick of giving and not receiving back. How much more do I still have to give, that I can finally get something in return?
Sometimes, we give more than we should, and it becomes unnatural. Whatever the reason you are overgiving, know that you can turn that inwards and start giving yourself. This is a gift, and isnt selfish. If anything, it will be positive for those around you, too. Then there is the part of being receptive. Be open to receiving without having to give back instantly. Allow yourself to receive and be worthy of love.
Perhaps you are Giving with Expectation .. and it feels needy to others.
On the other hand, maybe you are giving to the "wrong" people and that is a pattern within that will need to be addressed through meditation and self reflection.
And then, again, maybe the Energies That Be are trying to direct your Love Inward .. to Love Your Self Fully .. enough to stay aware and give Love without attachment.

Consider giving it to yourself first. I find that whenever I don't get it back, it's either because I poured it into people who are blocking it or don't appreciate it (you can self sabotage if you keep giving to these people) or the act of giving wasn't genuine and it was only to get something in return, even if you aren't asking them for anything.
Perhaps some self reflection and shadow work would also be helpful.
Either way, when you start pouring into yourself, it might take some time, but it'll come back to you much easier!
You're giving with the expectation of receiving. Stop doing things out of what you can gain. Do it because you actually want to BE love. Once you let go of expectation and your lacking mentality, it all comes flooding in.

You forget that if you have a lot of trauma your reactions are from that.
How do you suggest getting going and doing when you have chronic pain? I have chronic nerve pain because some discs in my neck are encroaching on my spinal fluid and nerves. Most of the time I just want to be comfortable in bed.

If he practices what he preaches, takes all the risk and puts himself out there and has success then I say the rewards are his to do whatever he likes with. If you want to see charities receive more then you go give...you can't expect others to.
