I've been using this formula since April of this year. It's absolutely incredible how well it works. I'm a 31 year old civilian and I'm in better shape then when I was a 19 year old active duty Marine. Crossfit and running together will accelerate your fitness tremendously.

Crossfit completely changed my Triathlon training and results. I set PRs in most of the Triathlon distances (did not do a 70.3 last year) and did it all with less time committed than when I followed a more traditional triathlon training plan. I will never return to my old training methods.

Garret got 5th and Jason got 2nd is because of the endurance events in the 2013 games. I mean a lot of big names in the games tend to neglect endurance part but focus more on strength. While these two guys were focusing on it so much and they knew strength events are harder to compete coz everyone there is so competitive in strength workout. Really admire these two for putting so much effort in it. Its really good to see how these amazing athletes really incorporate new stuff into their workout to improve their fitness.

Impressive stuff, good to see Khalipa work that weakness and it made all the difference. Jason didn't blow one workout this year when in past Games he'd shit the bed hard at least once. Very cool.

They are at Foothill College in Los Altos HIlls (near Palo Alto). For a Community College it really is a beautiful campus.

I would have expected reductions in muscle mass and strength. They did not speak of changes in weight, but said they still got stronger.
I wonder how the remainder of their daily training and diet was adjusted. Hopefully an eBook will appear!

Okay that's what I thought but my friend tried to tell me something totally different and it confused me. He was telling me 1:1 is different when talking about KM:Miles. I was like the workout is the same but the distance is different of course.
