- Jill is one of our incredible Longevity Athletes here at NapTown! She and the crew meet three times a week for CrossFit workouts. Each week Jill challenges herself with new movements and learning how to pace herself. Her spirit is contagious and she has endless energy! She is 76 years old and feeling better than ever!

Same here. 77 now been doing CrossFit for 7 years, do regular classes, just scale to suit your ability. Good explanation, did CF L1 at 72 and passed 1st time. All good. “DO NOT BE AFRAID!” You can do this. Walk in the door??

I'm 65 and have looked into Crossfit (well, at least online) and see that it's quite expensive. Around $220 a month. And so I do my 5 days a week workouts in the basement. One of my challenges is 50 pushups and 50 pullups (not chinups) in 5 minutes. So far I'm at the 50 pushups, but only 20 chinups.
I checked the prices in our city and they have several gyms here ranging in price from $130 - $200 a month. Check out the RUclips channel of IZZY BARISH as he has been working out in his basement gym since 1979 and he is now 70. Another one is ZenKahuna Reloaded as he does his workout outside. He is 72.
