    I do the exhale for three in and inhale 3, then 2 & 2 for burnout stuff.

    I’m trynna find my max on everything right and today im about to go on a 1 mile at max potential and see what I get what do you suggest for rhythmic breathing 2 count or higher

    ah! thats why Mat Frasier look at his competitors. he was looking at their breathing cadence for the perfect time to bring the nitro to his motor.

    How should I breathe if I'm doing 400m repeats?

    Why does this make zero sense to me? He starts by saying you should be in a "4 count" and demonstrates by breathing out on every 4th step.... then seconds later says "if you are on a 4 count, you're inhaling for 2 steps and exhaling for 2 steps". Then a 6 count is "exhale, 1,2,3,4,5 exhale"???
