Why does this make zero sense to me? He starts by saying you should be in a "4 count" and demonstrates by breathing out on every 4th step.... then seconds later says "if you are on a 4 count, you're inhaling for 2 steps and exhaling for 2 steps". Then a 6 count is "exhale, 1,2,3,4,5 exhale"???

I do the exhale for three in and inhale 3, then 2 & 2 for burnout stuff.
