@@lorecrimes I have two questions: 1. Can you guys contact Adeptus Ridiculous to do a collaboration in the future? 2. @@akumaking1 I saw bits of that. One of those bits was apparently during the crusade where big E bullies the shit out of both prime and Megatron, makes sense given he's a god but holy shit that is still gangsta as fuck if true.
Don't forget the 21st "cursed" founding chapter, the brown fists. Last I heard, they became slaanesh worshippers, but you can never tell for sure with those cursed legions.
Minor correction, Sigismund was anointed champion by the Emperor. The original Black Sword was a gift from the Emperor, by way of Malcador, and is implied to have sat in the vaults for millennia, waiting for its rightful wielder. I don't think that an endorsement can come much stronger than that.
Oh the custodes who delivered the primaris was also absolutely murdered by the Black Templars. They were that crazy that they killed one of the golden guardians of the emperor
Can we all just agree that if sigismund is going to return in the modern setting, he should as the first ever living saint space marine? (Oh and the remembrancer will recognise this because I commented this exact thing on his black templars video, highly recommend it by the way)
@@andybkhound what's hilarious is the first reply I got on the remembrancers video with this exact comment was literally abaddon shitting himself. Meaning the joke responses have come full circle in terms of bodily waste comparisons.
Actually judging by the articles about Armageddon in the codexes and core rule book, grimaldus may end up being the first living saint of the Astartes, due to a number of cults rising there that worship Grimaldus after the third war of Armageddon
I can’t express how much I love this new channel. Adeptus Ridiculous got me into 40k. The Amber King got me into the books (I listen to his videos to fall asleep now) and now this channel give me a good laugh and some lore :)
The "Black Templars Chapter" should be Black Templar's CHAPTERS" as that is how they circumvent the codex, each marshall is the equivalent of a chapter master, while the High Marshall just has the recognition of the rest of the Marshalls
They actually circumvent the Codex, as a Chapter can wave away the 1k tops restriction of they are on Crusade. The Black Templars are on multiple crusades at all times
In the aspect of the Black Templars being the most common space marine a imperial citizen will see, wouldn't they be one of if not the best chapter to show the people the EMPEROR is a god in the 40,000 milliuium
This is my new favorite 40k podcast. I hope you guys make it onto Apple Podcasts so I can listen as I exercise. I often got navigators and astropaths mixed up, navigators are the ones who have incest noble houses and the third eye that’s supposed to be, according to the Night Lords Trilogy, one of the most painful ways to die.
As I like your podcast here and everything you discussed there. There are another Gloriana battleships in the imperium. I think the novamarines have one.
The Ultramarines, Blood Angels, Dark Angels, Salamanders, Iron Fists, and the rest are cool and all, but *no one* is cooler than the Black Templars. They are by far and away my favorite army in 40K though closely followed by Abaddon and his Black Legion of Chaos Space Marines. Then Grey Knights, Death Guard, and the Adepta Sororitas round out my Top Five. For Dorn and the Imperium! For the Emperor of Mankind and for the Templars! NO PITY! NO REMORSE! NO FEAR!
I still remember when they released Fall of Cadia that I was so excited for they finally have something for the Black Templars in quite a long time. And Celestine and Guilliman's return might mean Dorn's return. And then Game Workshop introduce primaris even to the Black Templars I was like "This is heretic!" and "Girlyman the filfty userper". Thats the last time I heard anything about 40k untill now.
Another Lorecrime for the books: The Deathwatch are the Astartes of the Ordos Xenos. Xenos is the one that kills aliens while hereticus handle internal threats. Also loving the content (Tyranid video when👉👈)
Black Templars are my favorite because I like Chaplains and Black Templars turn Chaplains up to 11. Just wonderful zealous murder speeches on your way to battle and during battle.
btw... I would say the Black Templars are more a mix of Imperial Fists, World Bearers, World Eaters and Black Legion. Back in the days of 3rd edition they were much more close bonded to World eaters. The devotion chains, hate on psykers, aggression and their honor of close combat.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sigusmund would have been the bestest Emperor's Children Captain and I argue would have kept Fulgrim from falling...though that means Jaghatai Khan would have then most likely friendlied up with Perturabo and chosen the Third Path...Dad's NOT a God but IS a dick and mankind has no need for some huge over arching "Imperium". And those 2, easily the most Competent save Robot Girlyman, would have been the most amazing Renegade Force saying Fuck Chaos and Fuck Dad, let's burn this shit down.
I can't believe they have Rogal Dorn's colossal chainblade, too weighty for any but an elite sisterhood raised from infancy to adore the Leviathan at his disposal ,expands ever outwards, to onlookers less a flesh length but rather some unstoppable agency of the Sire of the Imperial Fists made manifest, woman after woman incapacitated or stunned, Dora's phenomenally resilient organic matter requiring specialised medical and alchemical gear to: prevent an ever-greater death toll mounting from each Massive Blast of his equipment, dozens of Women requiring extensive augmetic rebuild PER engagement: Not even death can stay the breathtaking Torsion Crusher beneath the Auric Armour - indeed, the blood of martyrs only strengthens the resolve of DoRN making it Harden Ihis wargearI to the point of overstraining the armour's exoskeleton

You can't transfer it that easily, they do it that way for game reasons alone. But Lore wise it makes no sense. Becouse a Cpt. usually is in command of a company, a BT Marshall usually commands several hundred up to 1,000 Marines. A Marshal is therefore usually in command of significantly more armed forces than a Cpt. and is also substantially more self-sufficient in his actions from the rest of the Chapter than a Cpt. is.
Why do all peope call castellan the equivalent to a Captain? Or did they completely forget that lieutenants exist?. High Marshall is the equivalent to a chapter master, Marshall is the equivalent to Captain, and castellan is the equivalent to a Lieutenant. Maybe it is my easier to tell in 10th edition sense castellans literally have the lieutenant keyword and Marshalls have the Captain keyword and they even share there iconic abilities. It is kind of funny hearing primaris speculation and in hindsight knowing that now in the lore 90% of firstborn have converted to primaris sense 10th edition takes place in the 42nd and not the 41st millennium. Even chapters with known hatred such as the dark angels and black templars and flesh Tearers are most now all primaris.
You are reading this and you're not hearing it you're going to have to pretend like you're hearing it and it is seeped and drenched in good-natured friendly either repetitive minis or intense testosterone pill role-playing but what are all these fake names on here and at the beginning of this thing I can't even listen to anything else cuz I'm confused I'm just going to have to pretend like I'm a major kills comment section I'm getting snort some space Coke or space meth so I can figure out who's who here but nonetheless you guys tickle my ears and my never ending Cavern void if you will hunger for this wonderful world which I believe really doesn't start on Tara I think it starts on Gallifrey

that’s a good one for first saint space marine. I’d probably go with Rylanor, Garro, Garveil, or Saul Tarvitz
Lore Crime: Astropaths are blind dream interpreters, it's the navigators who have the forehead third eye!
Oh! Since we’re talking Sons of Dorn…
Celestial Lions could definitely use some love from the crowd.
The Black Templars, Dorn most loyal sons, no fear, no pity, no remors

My one complaint is that I have to wait so long between installments. 😊 Keep up the excellent work! I need more!
Could you do a podcast on the lamenters at some point as those guys need more love? Loving the podcast and so glad I randomly stumbled across this.
