I agree with you, I'm a non denomination. Really very spiritual and have interest in ancient scripture, dead sea scrolls and see the bible as a incomplete yet intriguing historical reference.
Rabbi Friedman talks about subjects that everyone no matter color, culture, religion etc can relate to and with. He is wise and has much knowledge. I really enjoy listening to him and have been now for a few days and looking forward to hearing more lifes lessons from him 🛐

      I have to ask.
Why does your Religious label matter?
In the old days, before the Fall.
We were all People of the Book.
These labels, these divisions, are ridiculous.
I'm not telling you what to do, I'm just offering my input from my point of view in my existence living in the world I am.
If your attire doesn't indicate your 'faith', just translate the word. It causes less division.
      Just say "I submit".
Any Person of the Book, will know who you are. Regardless of your Attire. But do, by All Means, incorporate it. Make it your own. as We always do, for over Three Millennia. Both your ancestors, and mine. The labels, and adjectives to 'describe us', those are new. Go back to the Old Ways.
Our Forefather was Avraham. He was Hebrew, and a "PLACED" as KING of Egypt to the North and West of UR, BABYLON, that place was north and East of LUXOR. (Do you see the word Play?) They were BOTH EGYPT. United Under the Persian Flag.
Ishmael, He was the Son of a Hebrew and Prince of Egypt.
Isaac, He was the Son of a Hebrew, and a Prince of Egypt.
      Avraham was King.
We are Princes of Creation, Servants and Scions of The One God, He that Is and WIll be Forever, and Ever. We are his peacemakers, his philosophers and poets.
We are People of the Book.

G-d uses EVERYTHING for His good! I was a heroine addict for 17yrs, by G-d's grace i will have 6yrs clean December 13th, even though every single day was a long lonely struggle within myself I prayed continually and G-d helped me continually and brought people into my path to help me continually, don't give up!!! G-d used people who had previously caused great harm to me to help me get on a program and to restore the relationship with my family that disappeared because of things said by those same folks. G-d took my barren womb and blessed me with a second child against all odds given by doctors and my baby girl is fully healthy. ALWAYS PRAY AND TALK WITH G-D!

I really love Rabbi Manis. He really makes the best out of what humans seem to universally believe. This talk was quite inspiring until he included the story about putting the thousand pieces paper in his hat. 999 with yes on them and one with no on it. He said that the same person drew a paper out with no on it 10 times in a row. Then asked what the person should expect on the next try. He tries to use logic for why the person should finally expect a yes on the eleventh try. I believe that the person drew no ten times because he truly felt like a loser. I believe that the things that we experience in our lives directly correspond to how we feel about ourselves. Particularly to wether we feel lovable, loved, and loving.

Pain in itself doesn't have value, our interpretation of the context it occurs in, however, does. Sure, it might be possible to be used as a tool of teaching, making somebody aware, that carelessness in certain situations is a bad idea, but those instances are a vast minority. In the majority of cases, pain is there without reason, without a positive side to it.
An example: A soldier is thrown into his first battle, his ears ringing unbearably with the sound of explosions and gunfire. After a couple of hours of exhausting fighting, his squadmates fall one by one until he stands alone. He is injured by a grenade detonating nearby, surviving only by some stroke of luck, but he can't defend himself anymore and has to give up, causing him to become the enemy's prisoner. Kept barely alive, he sustains months of torture until his will is broken and he spills all the requested information. Then he dies, left in the knowledge, that he had to suffer through all of this, only to have the enemies get what they wanted, dooming that which he was fighting for.
This might not be a story that happens often, but lucky heroes, making it back home victorious a rarer than those, who suffer similar fates to this hypothetical soldier, becoming just another casualty, just another number in the history books.
It is pain like that, which is undoubtebly bad, as there is nothing positive to be found in it. The instances of such pain are plenty, as such "there is always a good reason for pain" is not a universally applicable argument. The fact, that this kind of pain exists is also contrary to the idea of there being an omnibenevolent God, as there would be no way for this to occur in a world created and / or ruled over by such a being. What we observe today fits more with either a silent, neutral watcher, a being, that does not interfere with the universe, regardless of what happens, but might have set it into motion just to see what happens, or alternatively, it might even fit with a being, which relishes in chaos, as the world never seems to find a state of absolute calmness. It can't be something entirely evil, since that would lead to only total apocalypse being the only state of existence, but it also can't be all good.
What the world would have to be like to support the theory, that an omnibenevolent God is watching over it, is very different from our own: A place without pain, hunger, thirst, illness and death, but with feelings, joy, love and beauty. An unshakable, uncorruptable paradise without limits, full of creative freedom. Any attempts at disturbing the peace kept from ever even being conceived.
Such a world would be easy to create for a God and would be the only logical thing for an omnibenevolent one.

there is no such a thing as 'good or bad' it is a persons judgements, that get everyone emotional. Anger is emotion, caused by how one think or imagine ... has nothing to do with observable reality, what ever happens is stimulus, but not cause of the anger. may be a trigger but not the cause. TV gives you stimulus and respond training every time you watch it and when something happens similar in real life we react as we trained our minds, while lying on sofa.
When we serve life we feel relieve, satisfaction, joy and when we do something for imaginary reasons, suggested by other gangs of people, then usury happens, because no one even consider your needs and there is no awareness what life is in order to serve it. So what ever we do with out awareness how it serves life we serve other peoples life in our own expanse. Every human being is a receptor about what life is and everything what happens require awareness about what life is. Like in a Garden of Eden awareness prevents from stamping on beautiful flowers and gently kiss soil with our feet choosing where to step. Keep your eyes on the road while you drive and watch life in order to know where to contribute or participate.
Remember what ever ((( Money ))) touches, turns in to not serving life, anything from horrible to supper exiting and always useless and harmful.
We will be better of if we use imagination in order to finger out how to serve life instead of everyone like ants follow suggested imagination , social gossip and money, ignoring life it self.
First we need to see what life is , then identify needs and only then use imagination to finger out how to serve it. Now we have world where everything is up side down, first we imagine then do and then have what ever happens and leaders already suggest to imagine next .
((( Money ))) it is even difficult to imagine that it is imaginary not real and How would usury work with out money? People just change objective instead seek well paid jobs will do what they need to live. The whole point of weeding party on the whole village is that same people builds house for new family. Yes whole village and everyone know how to do it and for kids is life skill learning. Look around you all things are done by other peoples hands, it means that we live in each others hands what is a point of usury = money ? I don't want more then I need and I don't want any one sacrificed . You need a lots of poor people in order to have one rich
and there for there is suggested imagination in between in order to make it less obvious.

This is just nonsense. What about destiny? What if it's destined to always pick up a no?
In another video you say that our loved ones go with us to their Graves just to comfort us, then in another video you say that part of their souls are still connected to their bodies and they wait for us to visit their Graves.
Somethings you say are true but most of it is just your philosophy and not real.
If your 2 children die through being poisoned by someone's else's negligence wud u be telling yourself to just see the good side of life?
