So I fell down really hard on my knee 4 weeks ago. Bruised up, could not walk at all for over a week completely bed ridden, reached out to personal injury and the case manager would not transfer me to an attorney because I said i did not see any defect with the step that I tripped on. I don't have a photo as I never drove back there. I tripped right outside the gas station the cashier did not warn me of a step and I fell really hard. Luckily I am not elderly but I landed directly on my left knee wearing high heels. I don't have health insurance so I just stayed home to heal myself. I am better now but I still can't put weight on my knee, cannot kneel without pain and cannot run like I used to. Because I don have insurance or money (i had lost my job) can I still pursue this? I can't run anymore its been a month now. I believe i have hairline fracture but did not get an x-ray because i have no money
Perhaps you can get some photos now and contact a local lawyer. A few weeks isn’t too late
I tripped on the sidewalk at my condominium complex here in California And fractured my spine I've had one surgery already and I think I might have to going for another surgery I don't know what they're gonna do but But I'm 64 years old and this is miserable 2 or 3 days after my trip and fall accident they were out there filing no sidewalks down Lord This thing is made my life miserable😢

Hi so I had someone close to me call you and after asking her to send pictures and taking her information surprisingly noone has called her back ? Im really amazed because After watching you for so long I would of thought your practice would at the least have the professionalism to at least call her after having her send information and tell her something even if your office didn't see any help in the future.. Good question. We didn’t receive the check yet. It just settled. But it will be about $420k to client. Legal fees are 1/3rd. Expenses here were minimal bc case was just getting started.
@@AttorneyArkady $420K??? she didn't have any medical liens for her double hip surgery ???? I thought all medical bills were required to be paid back from her $420K ??? Please advise ...love all your videos
@@michaelmcw111 in New York medical liens are only required if the client doesn’t have any health insurance. If it’s an auto case we have $50k of PIP No fault Benefits insurance coverage. @@notarant5107 if a client has Medicare and Medicaid then yes you have to obtain the lien info and negotiate them down or get them waived.
