Hello mr frekhtman, the driver and her trainer had there deposition . Driver said she was stoped and look to mirror and made the u-turn and and i was behind her then she hear revving. The driver trainer said she did not hear anything before the wreck such as your car revving. and driver put her signal on and started turning at the same time. what happend in this matter

A friend and I were just in a accident in Virginia. We were both driving our trucks pulling a 5th wheel RV driving from Texas to Pennsylvania for work. We stopped on the shoulder because a mechanic issue with his RV and while we were parked on the shoulder a 18 wheeler drove off his lane on to the shoulder and hit my RV from the back then pushing my truck into his RV and his RV into his truck. Im kinda lost of what to do if I should hire a attorney from Virginia or from Texas where im from. The truck company and driver that hit us are from Oklahoma. If you could consult me if really appreciate it.
Hello my question is why would the defense lawyer subpoena medical records and bills from a medical provider they have already received records and bills from? My treatment has been completed and depositions and IME have been done. Are they stalling or trying to add to their billable hours?
Well if the case is going to trial they have to subpoena the records to court directly from the doctor. They can’t use the records they obtained before due to chain of custody issues
@@sugabay I don't know the lawyer I have now I tried to fire. They said they are still with me but got letters from my other lawyers lol I hope they represent him disappointed in what I have seen so far
@@Anjanya1948 oh ok , that's a bad sign , my old attorney did that played me for many years until they calculated over 15k from me , now I'm without an attorney fighting my own case in pro per , I'm doing pretty good I think , but now I have a lien on my court file so no other attorney want to take me , which I'm ok with .
