Congratualations Mr. Frekht What I *NOTICED but may NOT be TRUE* is that if you win a jury trial for a significant amount, the defendant then *APPEALS* to that amount only to get it lowered to a more *REASONABLE* amount for them to agree to settle on. I find that weird *considering* you would give them *ample* enough time to agree on a fair settlement.
Yes but when they appeal the trial verdict they argue there was some legal error the judge made or that the verdict is against the weight of the evidence or too high for the respective injury. Unfortunately the law gives them too many outs
I guess they are doing a draft now lol after two years when statue is here. Because Im atill treating? Like Ill be treating the rest of my livable life haha so didnt really know what they meant by that. Maybe they put a “toll” or pause on statue I think until my treatment is closer to done. I said take your time there is no rush - lol
Unlikely but fortunately for me it does happen sometimes but the person that hit me was not a kid in my case. She was an adult with a small policy but living with her parents who had a million dollar umbrella.
Congratulations 🍾🎈🎉 on your trial success!
Wow this is breathtaking information! Thanks Attorney!!

However there could be an umbrella policy if the person who hit you (that only has 25/50) lives with their parents.
If it’s 25 unlikely. Bc if the kid was under a parents policy or homeowners umbrella the primary is usually higher than 25
