I had C2 spinal fusion. I had the best Dr in the world. I suffered the worst pain . The Dr fixed C2 thru 3,4,5, so that was in 2018. I just had my second C-surgery last month (June ) on the 18th 2024. I had the 6 &7 disk fused . I had a rough time with pain after the surgery. Now I am super fine . I am so thankful to Goodman ,Campbell ,Brain and Spine for caring for me. They are absolutely amazing people. If you need spine surgery give Dr Juan Pierre Mobassor. He is the best Dr ever. Out of pure kindness, Mr. Frekhtman helped me find two attorneys within my state. One of them wouldn't accept my case, and I wasn't completely at peace with the second attorney. The hunch was right about the second attorney because it turns out the defense attorney is also in the same office building as the second attorney. Long story short, I found another trial attorney, and he didn't do anything he said he would do within the 2wks of him being my attorney. Simple things such as making an appearance in my case as counselor, sending defense attorney interrogatories, etc. I terminated my contract with him and this man is still seeking 40%. I have filed a grievance against him for excessive fees. Some attorneys are snakes and only see your worst moment as financial opportunity. They forget we are human too and didn't sign up for the lifetime injuries. Today has been my worst mental day with all of this, and all i can say is my mind, body, and soul is tired. Mr. Frekhtman is the truth, and I wish he could practice within my state. GREED is real with some attorneys. There is a difference between being compensated for service and being taken advantage of.
