I feel like my situation will be a bit difficult . Last August i had an incident at my residence due to a missng piece of concrete steps . Ive been on ssdi sonce 2016. Unfortunately my pre existing conditions got worst then later in sept i recived a letter from the social security that i had to attend a IME examination i went had my physical and report came bsck that im still disabled will that cause amy issues in my claim ?

Arkady, is pain steroid injections the same amount like on the epidural ones no matter where at on the body? Tia!
I don’t think so from what I was told the injections at the pt are muscular while the epidural ones are much deeper and are done under fluoroscopy

What is the charge for the consultation?
If the owner of an LLC is driving and rear ends a vehicle in a LLC SUV does the LLC have liability? Even if the owner stops and does a personal errand? The leased SUV is registered to the LLC. What if it was registered to both the LLC and the owner?
Usually it has to be in the course and scope of employment for the employer to be liable but each state could have distinct laws
@@AttorneyArkady Thanks Arkady! A lot of what if’s! But if the defendant is the owner and CEO of the LLC is he or her always on the clock? Thus the LLC have liability? And what if the SUV is registered to both the Defendant and LLC. Does that make difference? If the LLC can’t be held directly responsible then the owner’s assets could be at risk due to an excess judgement. We still need to look at driver record, driver license status at the time of the accident, if bad it could make the LLC responsible for allowing that person to use a company car. If the owner was on the phone and conducting company business at the time of the accident does that make the LLC have liability? Supposedly the defendant does not have an Umbrella policy or excess insurance. The owner should not be able to hide behind the LLC and escape full liability for their negligence. In this case it appears the LLC will have higher policy limits. Thanks!!!!
